Just got my Warcrow starter set, and really excited about playing it more Would definitely love some more content on it, as the options are pretty slim on here now!
Love the content, keep it up at your own pace and don't stress it. I think Samsas prey is an Asklad creature (Morat Engineer helper"bot" from TAG raid)
I can see the reason for taking the Mukhtar as a specialist but I think the main appeal for the unit (which this particular model will accurately represent) is the combination of NWI, Mimetism -3 and MSV lvl 2. Compared to the other available MSV lvl2 pieces in Haqqislam this one has to highest chance to win f2f rolls or try again in case it has failed the first time. 😅 I have the Hacker variant as I love the model more but otherwise this unit is pretty much an auto include.
i just opened my samsa, and looks like yours is also missing Samsa's backpack, i already heard from CB that theyll send me a new backpack part, but interesting to see it missing in yours (at least it looks like it is from the video).
This is a great thing to point out. While I prefer the hard plastic I appreciate a business case too. If CB is going to stick with siocast the quality really needs to be more consistent.
I was really exited for warcrow at the beginning, but once I saw the miniatures in person all my excitement vanished... I don't want to buy, build, paint or play with siocast minaitures, my preference, I think it would have been better if the miniatures would be metal. Also, I didn't enjoy the system... Reminded me a lot of Warmahordes which I never liked.
If you’re looking for a game that is like infinity but fantasy I can recommend Eldfall Chronicles. The models are gorgeous and are not siocast but a material called Unicool, which is a hybrid of hard plastic and resin and they have an article about it on their website. The game is very reminiscent of infinity but they do have their own and unique elements to the game as well. The scale of the game is on the smaller side with 3-4 models per side currently but there is space for it to go up to 10 models per side. Check it out if you are interested.
