Tetsu was their best singer. He was the most emotive of them all. But all their singers were great a fit perfectly to their eras. Gackt provided a suave, sweet voice for the songs in his era, and Klaha had a deep dark voice for the very gothic music of his time.
14 years later I come back and this song is still beautiful. I greatly expanded my taste in music, learned to play the guitar, piano and sax. Learned how to write music and have done so much...but I still love this song just as I did listening to it 14 years ago. Even at that time I believe I had been listening to it since middle school. I guess it's just one of those things that will stick with me for the rest of my life. Absolutely beautiful song.
I think Tetsu is my second favourite Malice Mizer singer after Klaha. I mean, I love Gackt but I really love the raw emotion Tetsu sings with as for Klaha, he's one of my favourite vocalists anyways
I grew up listening to Robert Smith of The Cure and Siouxsie and the Banshees, his voice reminisces with me and I adore thr chaos that he can hold high notes. Love MM from UK 🇬🇧
"Tetsu ERA is an acquired taste." 1000% true. Been a fan of MM since 2005. I hated tetsu and preferred Gackt. But now in 2017 with my MM kick. revisiting Memorie DX was fucking amazing... in 2017 Tetsu > Gackt > Khaha
It's likes you have a first time with alcohol drink. That was a pretty bad time, but taste is gradually become good while your life turn sour along the time. His voice too, bleed into your heart and longing for the youth you lost.
heh required taste, its the best >:O, i loved malice mizer but didn't know much about it back when i first started listening i thought gackt was the only vocalist ever, but when i heard tetsu i was blown away by his beautiful dramatic voice, it sounds like he's crying out to you in some of his songs like kioku to sora, and in diffrent ones its more soothing then others, and somtimes its a neautrul like this song, i luff tetsu

@Bonki130 From Wikipedia: "Shortly after the release of Brain Trash, Gaz left the band to join Kneuklid Romance, while Kneuklid Romance's drummer Ukyō "Kami" Kamimura in turn joined Malice Mizer."
Sad as it is, Tetsu is amazing,he has amazing songs, but....his singing voice is not up to standard with his music. He knows that too, which makes things so sad. He is an awesome guy nonetheless, he just cannot sing like Klaha or Gackt. Don't underestimate this form of Malice Mizer though, each of the three (four, in my opinion) versions of the band has it's unique traits.
