I'm Glad Serena's got a fully evolved Delphox. Now she and ash have another thing in common. Their kalos starter's are fully evolved. The Darkrai episode gave us a future foreshadowing of what's to come. Delphox now needs to learn Psychic. I hope you'll do Ash's Noivern, Torterra, Incineroar, and Krookodile next please.
I was starting to miss these character videos! Delphox really was the Pokémon reflection of Serena in terms of personality and it’s battle and performance prowess. One thing I love about the broken stick incident, is that it proved an opportunity for James to display more of the good in him In that he went out of his way to help Serena see why it was so upset.
@lisas zweit Um, yes. Much of Journey's has had so little structure to each episode that it hurts the series, and with Chloe's character in particular, it was arguably her best episode because she got to do something meaningful with the concept of her Eevee on top of Serena being an awesome mentor to her.
@@larsthoreson7279 No? It didn't feel rushed at all actually. And this is coming from someone who actually hasn't seen the XY anime. When I say they did a pretty good job with her appearance, they did a pretty decent job.
I'm trying to imagine what would happen if Greninja, Delphox and Chespin reunite. I'm Greninja and Delphox would talk to eachother however they look down to see Chespin angry because he hasn't even evolved yet. Imagine the Kalos gang with fully evolved starters.
That be both sweet and Hilarious, although I prefer Chespin the way he is, heck when it comes to the main character’s Grass Type starter Pokémon from Gen 6 to 8, I think Chespin is the least bad of the three, I mean Ash's Rowlet was fine, although the way he is now aged poorly for me thanks to Hisuian Decidueye, and don’t get me started of the wasted opportunity of Goh's Grookey, Ash should have gotten it in my opinion.
Like with Diggersby, I'm kinda sad to see Braixen evolve, since I love it way more than Delphox but I'm glad to see it grow so much from that little prim Fenniken from over half a decade ago.

I love the moment when Serena, Pancham and Braixen make a promise to become better performers together after the bow gets added to the new branch and Braixen learns to use Fire Blast.
Welcome back professor! It’s been a while since you last posted one of these kinds of videos! Also it’s been a little while since you last posted a video at all until now! Yes I love Serena’s characters and I like how her braixen was able to evolve into delphox and I would love to see her return as well and see ash again and interact with all of ash’s other companions such as Brock, dawn, Iris, the Alola gang plus ash’s other rivals such as gary, gladion, Paul, and yes all his other Pokémon too, both new ones and old ones. 😁
Honestly,Serena’s fennekin is what made fennekin as a whole my favorite Pokémon in general because it’s one of the few pokemon I got to see in the anime when I had no internet and I found it adorable.
Yay another video of my favourite character, bestgirl Serena! Great one as always professor! I used to think evolving braixen would be a not so great idea though I love Delphox but I thought braixen was perfect, but actually after I saw it evolved I now think it was a great decision to show her and Serena's growth!
I really do love Serena's new outfit at her first Pokemon Contest Performance in the Hoenn Region and I'm very happy that her Braxien had finally evolved into Delphox at last off screen because it's my favourite Kalos starter Pokemon because to me as it evolved into Braxien and then to Delphox, it looks more feminine as a female rather than a male. Delphox is very beautiful 💖and remind me of a combination of a fox, Japanese girl in Kimono and a witch with a sticking making magic. That's why I picked Fennekin as my starter Pokemon in both Pokemon X and Pokemon Y Nintendo games because it's suitable for a female trainer like me👍. I'm very happy about this episode although I'm a little disappointed that Serena hasn't caught any Pokemon while traveling in the Hoenn Region because trainers needed six Pokemon on his/her team and Serena still have three which doesn't make sense🤔.
Great to see you covering the traveler m’s Pokemon again, Professor! I think Serena’s Fenniken really highlight the Fire starter, especially with that unfortunate accident in its performance. I’m glad it was eventually able to evolve into a Delphox! Thanks for the video and that Magic Spoon cereal looks good. :)
Much like May's torchik turned blaziken, Serena's Fennekin turned Delphox became the best of friends and grew from their many trials and errors to accomplish great things. It would certainly be neat if May and Dawn got to return and crossed paths with Serena in a contest battle, along with I'm glad to see you covered one of my suggestions.
Watched this video when I had to get up at the crack of dawn, 5:30 AM and -not- rested for the day. Your videos always bring a smile to my face. :) I hope your'e still at this for years to come!
Serena was always a confusing character for me in xyz but it is nice to see she is still recognized also I am an old subscriber from a while back and I am back in pokemon
This is a great video! Serena's Braixen was one of my favorite characters, but I never got to finish the show and see all of her achievements with Serena. 😩
I just want that in a new pokemon series we see only Serena like she can be the co-star of the series and her journey of being a performancer 😢i really want that to happen

Me having Foxes as my favorite animals, Fennekin was my #1 Starter in Kalos Region, and it went on to become my favorite kalos Pokemon. Braixen and Delphox i love also just as much too and Seeing all 3 in the anime put a smile on my face! its unfortunate that the whole line is criminally underrated by many, but ill always those three fox Pokemon! This video made my day watching through it, so thank you kind Sir~😊🌸
Its great to see both Serena and Delphox so wonderfully but wouldn't it be more cool if Ash had stayed a little longer and had asked her if they could have a battle just for old times sake before he left?!
Ah, Firefox... Such a great brow- Oh, wrong script. Here we go. Serena's Delphox reminded me so much of Dawn's Piplup, with the addition of evolving with its trainer, both literally and metaphorically. A great personality and bond with her master, assuming she's female too. And before anyone asks... No... I do not ship her with Ash's Greninja. In fact, I know a certain other fully-evolved fire starter, who evolved alongside their master the same way and competes in similar competitions to Delphox... Who would be a far better match.

I love the new designs from what I've seen so far, but I'm not sold on the new gimmick yet. It looks a little bit ridiculous. That being said, it took me a few years to become a fan of z moves

I really liked it when Ash suggested battling Serena before leaving Kalos to get her out of her depressed state. While our blockhead protagonist knows it as the only way to help someone's, as the franchise always likes to say - Pokemon battles are the one-for-all cure for any Pokemon trainer's problems. This was the final gust of wind that set the ship sail until that escalator scene happened and the ship turned into a rocket ahaha Anyway, Serena's Braixen is inseparable from her, and Braixen's development are synonymous with most of Serena's own development. So seeing Braixen perform a multitude of roles from being a clean freak to basically a war veteran (lol) goes to show how far Serena has come. I lover her character arc. Thank you for such a great job Professor.

All of this sounds like Dawn from DP. Would have been cooler if they did Rhyhorn racing since the contests were no were near DPs contests or Advanced. Not to mention it would have been more unique since we couldn’t do Rhyhorn racing in the games.
Finally a new one of these. Now Pancham is the only one left. As He. Delphox. And Slyveon are the only Three Pokemon that Serena has caught. I really wish she would have caught more.
As a 30-year old boomer pokemon lover, these are nice so i know what's been happening with the anime without having to devote all those hours to get through it. TY
Sylveon may have gotten the spotlight in Journeys because of Chloe but Delphox will be the true star of Serena's team, always doing her best in every performance.

I wish that Pancham would have evolved into Pangoro so Serena would learn how to make “non cute” Pokémon shine in a performance. Also, how about Jessie’s Yanmega?
If Serena is to comeback with a full team of six, I imagine her team to be: Delphox Pancham Sylveon Aurorus / Amaura (Wouldve been better if she had one during XY Series) Flygon (Some sort of counterpart to Lisia's Altaria) Pawmi / Pawmi Evolution (Would be a good introduction for the next gen)
What is the difference between the way Braixen and Delphox use and wield their stick/branch like a wand? I'm gonna find a couple artistic RU-vidrs who can put my visions onscreen: whichever Fire Pokemon whose stick-using skills match Grookey's, and whichever one is more magician-like to "duel" Mega Alakazam (like the Harry Potter duels). At least I think Mega Alakazam shoots magical moves and beams from his spoons.
whenever Serena is in the anime, I redub her lines and change her name to Emily. AKA, The Yellow Samurai Power Ranger from Power Rangers Samurai and Super Samurai from the Neo-Saban Era before Hasbro got the rights for all of Power Rangers
I don't know why, but I like Braixen's design and appearance much better than Delphox even though Delphox is much stronger. Don't get me wrong, I like Delphox too, Delphox is very strong for a Dual Type and has a decent signature move: Mythical Flame. Many doesn't wish to evolve Braixen to Delphox, me included. May be because of cuteness and style. Similar with Pikachu were many doesn't wish to evolve it into (Alola) Raichu. Fennekin is cute too. So is Eevee. Anyway, I am glad that both Serena and her Fennekin/Braixen/Delphox had a great adventure together.
