Bitch, I'm back by popular demand and with TWO channels! WTA videos from 2016 till now will be posted on TheMsharapova9 and WTA videos until 2015 will be posted here on TheMsharapova8.
Serena always turned it up a notch for Maria post '04. This match & the '15 AO final, I always thought Maria played about as well as she could at the the time & she still lost in straights.
Williams was good tennis played but she lacked X factor and sexual factor to bring the crowds and interest to male audience, we still await for next Sexysova-like caucasian sensation to emerge in womens tennis. Also unfortunately Serena's TUE doping (8 strong substances, steroids, asthma drugs etc) disqualifies her from being legit champion.
@@nadedjadannevik6272 ehm ehm.... TUE is approved many times for williams. No testing data prior to 2010 for the williams sisters. Everyone knows where serena gets her roid rage from. Even joe rogan confirmed serena is using steroids. Remember the panic room incident....
@@shinobu2361 Shinobu Tsurubushi, it has been years and years of you commenting this, it's becoming quite sad 😂. It's obviously you on a second account. Unfortunately BJK, evert and martina have all called serena the GOAT, and their opinion has more value than your bitterness. But hey maybe swiatek is the "sexysova" that you're looking for
@@shinobu2361 ??? I watch sports to see athletes at their best, and Serena is the best of the best. I don't watch sports to get horny... Some Sharapova fans are so strange lmao. Also the whole point of TUEs is that they're legal, same with Nadal. Do you know what's not legal? Sharapova's meldonium. Just stop dude 😂
@@seanboulderformerlymel3000 Need reminder that Williams used 8 TUE dopes? Williams used Steroids, Meldonium is for blood circulation, this doesn't help with serving.
Que pena que se hayan retirado ambas eran geniales jugando, es páramos su regreso de las dos por favor son dos grande Campeonas bendiciones las queremos y las extrañamos ❤❤❤❤😘😘🌹🇩🇴
That very first serve Sharapova guessing down the T 🤣 So many matches and neither Sharapova nor her coaches could figure out that Serena ALWAYS serves out wide on the first point of her first service game??? Literally A L W A Y S (unless it’s the second or third set, when she likes the bomb down the T)
This was the year when you had two BIG MATCHES in the 4th rd . serena vs sharapova and Henin v clijsters but only one would get centre court because of Manic Monday.
@@fiveweenies4533 they had two mens matches on centre court, im guessing one of them was federer and the other was murray. Manic monday is when wimbledon used to play all rd 16 (4th round matches) on the same day men + women because there were no play on the middle sunday. so you had 16 singles matches and only 3 would be on centre court hence why clijsters vs henin was on number 1 court.
@@chucktplatt No articles at the time mention anything of the sort. At no point was Sharapova ahead in this match either, excluding the few set points she had.
That male commentator was low-key hoping for Maria to win...it's like Williams can hear the bias in a secret ear peace and decides to destroy the opponent. 😏
Also her angles and serve. Maria tried to match the Serena serve and served a few doubles because of that. Maria just guessed wrong on so many of the Serena serves. Do you think that was a weakness of Maria's or simply a strength of Serena's?
@@dosensadif6585 Ifs, should've would've could'ves lmao you sound ridiculous and bitter. That "grandma" came back and reached 4 major finals and whooped Maria on the way again.
@@Erick92BC At least she made it to those finals, when she was far past her prime. Better than Sharapova's four first round GS losses during her comeback.
Tbh I think li na defeated Serena only once but their matches were always high level and pretty competitive so no shade to sharapova but Serena was right
You can imagine if Serena was the druggie. They would all have cpme out of the woodwork on the I told you so train and it would have been brought up at every championship. Serena always played against the crowd as well
Did Serena win this Wimbledon 2010 without dropping a set in singles? I am trying to remember I think it was 1 Larcher de Brito 2 Chakvetadze 3 Cibulkova 4 Sharapova QF Kvitova SF Li Na F Zvonareva I could have the order wrong but, I think I just realized she didn’t even drop a set that year? Can someone confirm?
She didn't drop a set but she still lost a lot of games, far behind Steffi Graf's FO 1988 and Iga Świątek's FO 2020 (least games lost). She should absolutely lose 1st set here, also struggled a lot vs Li in QF, then Kvitova should win 1st set in SF (led 4:2)
@@shinobu2361 Please tell me you're not the same person as Shinobu Tsurubushi and you're *STILL* crying about serena on a different account 😂. This is an unhealthy amount of hatred for a legend who's gonna retire soon anyway. I don't know whether to laugh or feel sorry 😂
La venganza es el placer de los dioses, y Serena Williams supo aplicarlo con Sharapova de que manera tan aplastante. Esa derrota de serena en 2004 en este mismo torneo, fue el nacimiento de una fiera sedienta de revancha 😅😅😅
Lol, the 2015 AO? She lost in straight sets! The closest she's come to beating Serena is the 2005 AO semifinal and the 2008 family circle where she went 3 sets. I don't bring up the 2013 Ericsson Open because though she won that first set she was beat down the next two going 6-0 in the 3rd.
Vlh hill I don’t even count the Family Circle or 2013 Miami as being close. The third set in both of those matches weren’t even competitive. It was 6-1 and 6-0 respectively
Serena’s 1 scream has to be excused, but you have Maria screaming throughout match?! The bias is real! I don’t think people appreciate what the William sisters had to deal with on and off the court...and still whooping everyone’s asses! 💁🏾♀️💁🏾♀️😁
@@black_nebula I'm sorry- I am as much an advocate for the racism they have faced over the years- but this stament is pathetic. The truth is the Williams sisters approach to the net "is" frightening. Can you imagine a powerhouse player with fantastic speed, height and reach pelting towards an airborne ball aloft at the net with you stranded in the mid court???? Such an observation is not racist it's a testament to their level of play which is naturally intimidating to any opponent.
EL. OH. EL. Maria could redline and play her butt off - and it still wouldn't be good enough to get a set off of Serena. After 2004 Serena made it up in her mind that she'd never lose to Maria again, and she didn't. Serena always kept Maria at arm's length.
These commentators should have tried to improve Maria's performance by screaming with her. Honestly, they could have used the microphones better, than breath shock when Serena hits winners.
When Maria had a good serve, in 2004-2005, she was actually a true Serena competitor. That shoulder injury allowed opponents to really take advantage. Unfortunately, she treated the shoulder with a banned substance and the rest is history. She was never quite the same often the shoulder injury. She use to have a very consistent powerful serve but she had a horrible service motion and it eventually caught up with her. Serena’s service motion was exquisite and she used countless times to bail her out of trouble.
You can tell Serena hated Sharapova. Never liked either of them though. Both are just too over the top with their own aggressive bullcrap like Sharapova's Grunting and Serena's Crybaby outbursts
And how do you know how Serena feels? She has never, at any point during her career, commented on Maria’s supposed femininity so I assume you pulled this conclusion out of your ass.
