I don't know what's happening with SL but their distribution is retracting here in Australia and becoming harder to obtain. I'm yet to buy any of the brand, but saving this when I go to France next year.
Nice to see you back! I have to say I struggle with the Matin range. The scents are too sharp for me. This one was no exception. It smelled very harsh to my nose, too woody ambery. I had to put the blotter quickly away after testing.
welcome back mr p ! everything looks good ! the cool shirt, the beautiful flowers, the elegant SL bottle… it seems to be crazy hot everywhere this year. i was also in italy for the summer but up north in venice where it was equally sweltering. the point du jour sounds lovely ! i have the earlier 3 as a box set gifted during a purchase made last year & in my vague recollection this matin range is all about morning rituals so everything is calm, gentle, refreshing & clean. i wear them only occasionally when i want a very soft quiet non-obtrusive fragrance, like going to the dentist for instance 😂

hi Darius, I am curious about the clary sage? is it present? I am looking for a a sage scent. Any tips? I fell in love with sage this summer, it just hit me, while visiting the lavande fields of Provence, It smells sooo amanzing.
