Great short movie . I trained with the Soviet union team in 1974 in Socci . They were amaizing .

Best technical thrower I can remember seeing. Fast, low and perfect delivery.

@@ghost_1153 Totally incorrect. I trained with Karl Hans Riehm who used to tell me how he wished he could get as low as Litvinov. Look at comparative throwers of the day. His COG was lower to begin with, plus his leg strength was unbelievable.

@@ghost_1153 I was a ex-Euro champ in my age group in the 70's - I worked with the German's back then, I also met numerous coaches, Russian and East German, Hungarian etc. (Oh, and by way, My father was a Sturmbahnfuehrer in the Waffen SS. Not sure how that relates to your reasoning (?), especially as you don't have the guts to name yourself, just hide behind some fake handle). Litvinov was the best hammer thrower ever, I believe - though Sedykh was taking stronger drugs (neither go caught, so no proof there) and had a good day when he took the record. Look up center of gravity/speed; as I am a German engineer, your arguments need a lot more proving than anecdotal nonsense about who you or you family trained with. I couldn't give a flying-fuck whether or not you think he was low or not, because you are all wrong. I will end this now, I don't waste time with ignorant bullshitters.👋
