@@HypnoChick-t9lYou ever overhear a conversation at a gas station or somewhere with locals and people who frequent the place? Yesterday I was waiting at the bank and the teller ask the person in front of the knew somebody, and the guy asked her to describe his vehicle, and she spent the next few minutes describing every part of the vehicle, faded flames, the license plate number, the ding on the left hand side from when he hit that cart down at the Kroger.... And she got down to the end, and he said, "Oh yeahhhhh!" And then she goes, "Oh well, anyways, he's gettin' a divorce." 😂😂😂
@@_BirdOfGoodOmen It's his vowels. Spot on, not deep country, but the lady who's in the nail salon every Saturday talking about working at the Piggly Wiggly.
Right?! 😂 I was gonna say something similar. That accent is good. I loved Steel Magnolias, but it irked me that there was a Georgia accent, Tennessee, Alabama, and a couple I couldn't figure out. Darryl Hanna was the worst. Her accent was forced and overplayed.
This continues to be the best thing I’ve seen in a decade. I show it to all potential friends and boyfriends to determine if they are worth getting to know any further 😂😂😂
Literally, this is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. If someone I'm interested in romantically doesn't think it's funny, that's a deal breaker.
the thing is, all of the inflictions are perfect. the stammering is so spot on that it’s uncanny. Like obviously this is a sketch but dam i really thought i was watching a documentary 👺👺👺
Found this video when I was 15, I am now 20 and this video has became a part of me. I terrorise my family with this video whenever a documentary is discussed and it's hell for my family, so thank you.
I have seen several of your videos and every episode of ‘difficult people’ and the wonderful thing about you is that you are a VERY GOOD ACTOR. Not just a very good comedic actor, but a VERY GOOD ACTOR. You commit 100% to these characters. You become them. It’s so natural and authentic. It doesn’t have the fakeness that comedy usually has. I’m sure you would be exceptional in drama as well.
Absolutely! I totally agree. And this is why I don't find comedians like Will Ferrell funny; they play their characters for the laugh and don't try to ground it in any kind of reality, which would make the joke *much* funnier. Cole is excellent at committing to a character...if he doesn't get a laugh, he still succeeds because he's transformed in to another person and suspended disbelief. Some others that do this brilliantly would be Lisa Kudrow, Kristen Wiig and Bill Hader.
I keep trying to reply to hididdleydee but my reply keeps going south. So, wherever you are, hd, you said exactly what I wanted to say but I couldn’t put the words together correctly. Thank you and every word of what you wrote about Cole E is the truth.🙋🏻♀️
This was a big pet peeve of Bea Arthur (Golden Girls). She didn't like when people start doing a comedy and just yuck it up and don't ground the character in reality. The actor should believe this is what the character would do, even if it's silly and hilarious
“I’ve had CD’s stolen from my car,it took me years to replace them…it was hell for my family”😆😂🤣 *I may very well use that statement in future, that is hilarious…it’s so relatable 🤣🤣🤣
me and my mom both like true crime stuff and I showed this to her a few years back and whenever I bring it up to her now she's convinced that it came from a real documentary. I have shown her this clip several times and tried to explain to her its a sketch but she still thinks its real.
How long is it going to take for Trixie & Katya fans to catch onto the fact that they reference this video in The Bald & The Beautiful podcast all the time?
without knowing it's satiric, it took me sometime to feel wierded out, than to really realise what's going on. It made this, terrifying for me before being funny. Thx . i feel like a fool
How are you not famous?? This is literally one of the funniest videos I have ever seen. I've watched it about 100 times. All your videos are hilarious!
