maybe too much but Appsro's ususal moaning about games having any form of story is stupid. Yes, it is unnecessary in Ark, and when you have people your chatting with it's annoying. But that's not how most people play a single player game.... It should have something beyond a never ending crafting loop and a moaning protagonist. That said, worst case ever: Dying Light 2. The first few hours are horrible. After that, it's cutscenes are only bad.

Dora, you are correct it has 2 definitions along with a generic definition. 1) the liquid parts of Blood left over after Coagulation. 2) the liquid portion of plant blood. Generalist deginition) any liquid part of blood or part of an injection that contains genetic material used to help the body take an inoculation

Maaan I love these dumpster one-offs. With you guys just gaming while enjoying some beers… it’s quite a chill format. Hope you guys enjoy recording them too! Have you considered bringing live cam footage for these videos exclusively? Giving that couch feel might attract new viewers to the dumpster and the main channel as a chain effect

While i commend you for thinking of ways for them to grow i must say i am dead against the idea on the grounds that every other gaming/reaction channel follows that formula. None of them are as "in the moment" as this channel. Simply because they dont push their own faces into the screen corners👏😊

Simon: First off, it's fluorine and fluoride and not flourine and flouride. The misspelling is common, but the "u" comes before the "o" in both. Fluorine is a chemical element. In pure form, it is a highly toxic, reactive, yellowish-green gas. The fluorine anion, F-, or any of the compounds containing the anion are termed fluorides. When you hear about fluoride in drinking water, it comes from adding a fluorine compound (usually sodium fluoride, sodium fluorosilicate, or fluorosilicic acid) to drinking water, which dissociates to release the F- ion. Stable fluorides are also found in fluoridated toothpaste and mouthwash. Summary of the Difference Fluorine is an element. Fluoride either refers to the fluorine ion or to a compound that contains the element fluorine.

Yes the game is still in early access. They do need to make several QoL adjustments to the game. Came close at the end but you didn't even figure out serum toxicity yet.

If you never had fluoride as a child, and broke a tooth: the breakage would be completely-different from that of a fluoride recipient; untreated teeth break from tip to root, in-line, following the grain of the tooth; pieces would separate like bundle of piano-keys; with fluoride the embrittlement lets the tips of those piano-keys chip off instead of breaking the entire key away from the bundle.

Investigating effects of water fluoridation on children’s dental health, type that in to a search. It was the UKs first, contemporary scientific study carried out by the NIHR on the effects of fluoridated water since the introduction of it in the 1970s in children. At best it delivered only a 4% improvement in some groups of children to those who drunk non fluoridated water. Hardly worth forcing the population to drink this.

This is a prime example of game being manufactured vs game is inspired by talented people. Literally the guiding figure is annoyed with your existance and the game assumes so many things while also path guiding you with immersion breaking waypoints. This is why 7 days, minecraft, ark are memorable and games like this and palworld fade away within a few weeks.

Serum (noun) an amber-colored, protein-rich liquid that separates out when blood coagulates. the blood serum of an animal, used especially to provide immunity to a pathogen or toxin by inoculation or as a diagnostic agent.

@@DiogenesDworkinson by that definition it could be the same as plasma since humans ARE animals. Like how a snake is "venomous" but if you take it out of the snake, the venom becomes poison. So you take the plasma from something and the very separation of it from it's host makes it "serum".

I 100% disagree with Appsro about skill trees. I want something to look forward to; something to work towards. If I'm blindly meandering down stat increases there's a good chance that I'll miss a cool ability that I didn't know was there, play through most of the game with a flat experience, frustrated with the skill tree for being so useless, and only later find out from some random chat six months later "oh yeah, there's a double jump... you didn't get the double jump ability?" A hidden skill tree doesn't increase immersion, it makes you rely on a wiki.

So I looked it up, and... Serum (noun) - an amber-colored, protein-rich liquid that separates out when blood coagulates. the blood serum of an animal, used especially to provide immunity to a pathogen or toxin by inoculation or as a diagnostic agent. I always thought of it as an injectable, but I guess that's just because it's used so often to create vaccines.

I made it only 17 min in and had to go check the comments for someone else noticing this, he wants minimal hud, but sucks at seeing things right in front of him, like the recycle at the top while trying to figure out how to do something with the can only finally sees it at the work bench, pretty sure he still does not know it is also available outside of it, and not seeing the use button below the machete, well time to finish watching and see what else he can't figure out 🤦

@@Smugger Any RU-vidr/influencer who complains about a game having tutorials at all, needs them the most. Any who hate HUDs, and would rather no hud (or all hud stuff be a pure "immersive hud") will miss stuff and need hud indicators (and the hud in general most likely) the most. More often then not, at least.

That and actually bothering to look through the menus to see what all options there are, what things do, etc. It's like his refusal to pay any attention in Elden Ring to what would have increased his sorcerery's damage- "FAith cOntRols thAt, rIgHT?" -> sometime later, "Sorcery doesn't seem to do much damage."

I'm fairly sure the game intends for most picked up stuff to be recycled the moment you return to the bases, to make them usable for crafting, and make them weightless. Players shouldn't be storing that stuff for later use.
