For those believing the "Fun Fact about Guillotines" made by some dude in the comment section(for Idk what dark/twisted reason). I am here to prove it wrong and rest your souls at peace I have researched to prove this wrong. 1. As respect to royalties the blade of the guillotine would always be replaced with a new blade or sharpened and since Len pretended to be Rin he was considered "Royalty" and no matter how bad or evil of a ruler the royalty was, they would still respect them. 2. The Guillotine blade weighs 80 Kg and the Guillotine was 14 feet tall it would be a quick and painless death 3. It's rare that the Guillotine Blade would be dull (there are still chances of being hit 3 times but remember, Len was considered Royalty) 4. Len was about 14 to 15 years old (based off of Daughter of Evil) so his neck was softer than a 20+ year old man. Therefore Len would not have much or any resistance to the Guillotine Blade (80KG) 5. Sanson, the creator of Guillotine is a medical expert so I believe he succeeded in making his "Painless death" weapon 6. If your talking about how they would need to do it 10 times or you'd still be alive by the 6th, I very much think your talking about an Axe Decapitation. I rest my case.

Why does Len keep dying?

So Rin was crowned as the queen, Len is her servant. When they wanted to kill Rin, Len told her to wear his spare clothes and escape while he is here. Then they strike. After that in Regret Message, Rin released a (majestic) bird meaning that she let her brother go free. But it came back meanin that Len forgave her.. So in their next life they met again :3

Wanna cry even more? At 4:48, Len says "thank you" because he knows they know that he is an impostor.

Fun Fact about guillotines: They did not take someone's head off on the first strike. Due to muscle and bone it could take up to ten hits before the person was actually beheaded.
