Service Center Walo Ne Xpulse Ke Brake Hi Fail Kar Diye 🤬 

Because of your xpulse 1st service video. I stayed with my xpulse for its entire first service in Hero service center. I closely observed and checked every step that is mentioned to do in the manual. At first he said it's unnessary to open crank case but i insisted. I made him do almost every important thing that is mentioned in first service manual of Xpulse 200 4v. Thank you for your awareness and educational video. It saved me from so much of trouble and gave me some good knowledge of two wheeler motor cycles👍

service centres of all our mass market brands are so so so bad, that i just bought all the tools and started basic maintenance on all my 2 wheeler myself, because i know that even i can do a better job that that, unnecessary headache because of this unprofessional stuff 🙏

Here is my experience with the TVS service guys after which I too started doing basic service (Oil changes, basic parts replacement etc) on my own. For my second service on my Ntorq, they decided to do Carb cleaning (For cold start issue). Anyway, carb cleaning would not have helped in this issue but I didn't say anything. Now the 'expert mechanic' had become lazy and instead handed the job to a literal fresh out of ITI mechanic. That was probably his first week. While returning back, after the service, I was overtaking a truck and opened the throttle, and imagine my shock, when it got stuck at WOT and the scooter kept accelerating. I would have crashed with the oncoming traffic and missed narrowly. Thankfully, TVS engineers aren't as stupid as their service guys and they have provided a Kill switch on Ntorq which I used immediately and avoided an accident. Anyway, I was angry and called back they service guy and blasted him on the phone. Next day they sent experienced mechanics to my home. Turns out, the noob guy had just kept the throttle slide inside the carb (to which the jet pin is attached) on a dusty surface. The little bit of dust friction locked at WOT. They had to sand down the throttle slide a bit. That was the last time I visited service centre. It's been 5 years now. Next step is Tapet adjustment and opening the CVT gearbox for cleaning which I will do soon.

One of the major areas where Indian brands like TVS,Hero etc need to focus on their after sales services.They are selling so much bikes that they are least bothered about their customers and their hard earned money. Anyways,Jeet it was a very informative video♥️

Good to see your bike back on road. I own Xpulse and in the recent past I'm facing an issue with the handle pulling to RHS. I've been to the ASC and they said it is just the handle(cone set) being over tight. They did that but no luck. I took it back and they are now complaining about the rim. I had it checked with an expert outside and he said it is absolutely fine. Now, what could the issue be as per your experience and how should I move forward on this? I noticed oil being leaked in a very minimal way from the right fork..can this be any problem causing the issue?

I also own the same, recently I got it service and I had told them some points regarding some issues in bike but no points were covered and simply did some general service only.

As a BS4 First batch Xpulse owner I can confirm this is the quality of service they have been offering since 2019!!! Nothing has changed, they dont care if you have Xpulse or splendor everything is treated as same....Several splendor will be stacked on top of each other yet no one cares.

I also had poor past experience with both local mechanics and dealers. I live in small town where mechanics don't know much about vehicles and do poor quality work and dealers try to sell everything. I like all my vehicles in tip top shape. I recently purchased a second hand activa and fixed all of the issues it had. Works like a charm. With basic understanding i have even started to fix my own car. You are inspiration for me.

It is true service centre guys does not pay attention and specially xpulse I was having issue of tapit sound service guy says thoda problem at hai all bullshit within 2 months sound aata hai They are happy with there splendor and passion

Service center se handle change kraya tha. Wo log handle k bolt tight kiye Bina de diya. Aur main road m chlate time handle hilne lga, luckily nikal nhi gya. Accha hua main Allen key tool box m alag s le k chlta hu

Thanks to your videos, I have become 100% independent rider doing self servicing of all my 2 wheelers. Previously I too had many bad experiences with authorised service centres due to which I got stranded in remote areas. Therefore now I don't even care about warranty and prefer my own maintenance for the safety of my life.

Always keep an eye whenever you get your vehicle serviced the service centre guys are always in hurry i got my activa serviced at honda showroom the guy left the drain bolt untightened the oil was leaking when i parked it on the centre stand I tightened it my self and checked the oil level…Same thing happened with my friend he got his alto k10 serviced and got the spark plugs changed the guy who changed the spark plug didn’t push the spark plug coupler all the way in he went to Himachal pradesh from punjab and on coming back the coupler got removed and the car started missing and losing power ,he came from himachal on two cylinders to punjab.. make sure you cross check after coming home or ask them to give a turn to all the nuts and bolts they open.

Haan bhai aap ney sahi bola mainey few weeks ago bike ka service karwate wakt bike ka engine oil drop bolt loose chod diya aur engine oil sab leak ho gaya aur bike over heat hone laga aur ye mujhey jaldi hi pata chal gaya.

Hero ka service worst ho chuka hai, mera Xtreme 160R Stealth Edition hai, 2nd service karwaya lekin maza nhi aaya, aab warranty jay bhad mein, Main toh apna bike khud Ghar pe hi service krunga 😊

Hi bhai I also own xpluse 200-4v, have one problem need ur help, while deaccelerating have some unusual sound ( only while deaccelerating), contacted service centre they told the sound in normal in all xpluse. Need ur suggestion on this.

Bro i have one doubt about valve clearance in tvs 160 4v bs6 company says for 160 4v and 200 4v valve clearance inlet 0.06mm and for outlet(exhaust) also 0.06mm But all japenese engines for example yamaha ,suzuki,honda keeps its valve clearance more upto 0.16mm exhaust and 0.10mm inlet ....even tvs has same dna from suzuki gixxer engine i think from suzuki gixxer manual inlet should be 0.08 inlet. And. 0.12to 0.16mm exhaust .are japenese engineers are mad recommending more valve clearance? Tvs engine designers should understand this...and they need to design reliable vehicle ... because tvs engines are not as smooth as japenese engines such as honda,suzuki and yamaha .

Hero's service for xpulse is terrible. The mechanics don't know how to work on the bike. Parts are not available most of the time, I myself has faced multiple issues, they broke my horn twice, they broke my clutch wire, they scrached the visor and they broke seal of the engine block head cover which led to leakage of fuel. In short they have ruined my bike.
