We didn't not do as copper grease is very rare to find here in small quantities. And ppl may apply excess amounts such that it melts underheat and drips onto the pads. We never recommend cleaning the pins with sandpaper or emery sheets. A big NO NO Those pins have anti rust coatings on top which makes them last very long. Using sandpaper will shorten their life. Finding a replacement part for that pins are a huge task as hero never keeps them in stock, asking us to change caliper assembly 👍

I feel the bite is not that strong after that process

Use Honda dazzler CBR 150's pads

Please fill the right air pressure. If wobble is still present check the tyres. Then wheel truing

If the performance is the priority then stock pads are good but the rtr and after market pads are not bad

@@jaf_007 does it provide the equal breaking performance?If u can rate the two brake pads out of 10 it will be very easy for us to understand which one to choose!

RTR 160 pads suits well for Karizma

If the stock suspension is not enough for your usage you then go for it.. You can try out one by one to feel the difference it make.. IMO Rally kit is not for casual offroading..

@@MaxPenn73 Hi, if you feel your stock suspension is not adequate on offroads. Go for the upgrade. I feel the chassis and suspension is very much capable than the engine itself. Hero made a solid benchmark in offroad segment, except for that engine. For the power and torque figures stock suspension is plenty enough for some serious offroad. I'm just sharing my perspective, take it as a pinch of salt...

I own Xpulse 200T. By this video only I changed my initial front break pads with Apache pads. Initial hero pads came fr 5000kms only. And now from that to near 16000kms i.e. around 11000kms Apache break pads are worked. Its quite good

What to use for rear pads apart from hero pads??

@@kenopsia5717 its been 26.5k kms fro. 5k kms. Still using same brake pads of apache. Braking is not that smooth as hero one's. But its good enough for me

@@EpicSafar you can use brake pads of Honda Dazzler, unicorn or Hornet sharing same design. Whcih costs me around 400 outside market

@@kenopsia5717 it's Good bro orginal one last for 8k kilometres costing around 1100-1300/- n this local one cost as around 300/- and lasted for 4-5k kilometres.

Center stand for xpulse itself available in the hero service center

Use DOT4 only - pads wear out depending on usage. Checking it every 10k is a good practice

5000 km is too early to change. If it's worn out fully then report this as an issue to Hero..
