Unfortunately mine are both for the same employer just different clients and getting one wage money for both desks, one is a large hotel group the other is a County Council. You know the way it goes, the job throws more responsibility, more work but no extra pay.. I'm only 1 year into my IT career, hoping to move onto a better position in the near future.

Hello. That's a great question. On a personal level I am not a fan of CompTia certs; however, their certs became popular amongst employers and for those I'd say go for it to help you get a job. But, before you do that try getting a job based of your previous IT experience. Of course, watch some refresher videos so you can pass the technical part of the interview. I'm afraid you can't do that. In order to assign a ticket to someone they need to be part of a group. So you would find the assignment group and then assign the ticket to that person.
