At 11:19 we did reset to column details in ITIL User , now how to turn off it.. it is like every thing i have undo again... Tell me pritham..

My doubt is after you have configured a list or a form can you revert back like you can while personalizing a list or form . As i am unable to see a Reset option in case of configuring a list or form .

Yes !! In that case you need to go to the Personalized list column and click on Reset to column defaults 🤓

Hi, As a System Administrator , i tried to create configure list layout, ended up getting these message, could you please help me to sort this. Message is : The 'Default view' is in the Global application, but Sunshine is the current application. To edit this list: Edit this view in Global Create a view in Sunshine

Hey !! Thats a scope issue, you are right now in the Sunshine app scope and you are trying to configure the list layout but default of view of the list is in the Global app. You can trying creating a new view and try.

At 16:20 we are configuring the incident form we are doing some changes. My question is after doing that how to reset.. if i do refresh it is not going.. Pritham I am getting many doubts clarify them all...

Hey 👋 You can click on reset button in the form configuration pop up to back into default.

hello, when I loged into the service now > when I click on "start building" it is redirecting to "app engine studio" In which I cant find the interface that you are showing .It is showing "Hi creator" page.......Please help me

Hey!! Don't worry it's just the role issue.. Go to the developer.servicenow.com (homepage) .. Click on your profile and select change user role and from their choose Admin. That's it..🤓

How to reset all the things that we did.. like say for suppose you showed configure list calculations that total value, max value and now how to undo that...

At 11:10 you showed how to "reset to column default".. to make changes in the ITIL user if system administrator changed the list view.. now how to reset in the ITIL user.. I want to turn off it. But I can't

See..if you choose personalized list then anyone can change their list view based on their requirements. Now if admin change from list layout then it should be applied for all but only if other users (like ITIL) has not done any personalization.

in the incident .list , if i check list calculation of sate column it is showing total value it is showing 297. how i dont know in state filed i can see only new or old, on old etc. but the total rows in incident.list is only 79 rows are there.

Hey 👋 Mostly it is calculating the value of state field, like in-progress, resolved these all has individual value and calculating that.

Hey !! well honestly in my work experience I could not find a scenario where I need to omit this button. But maybe it is useful you want to give certain people only view access to the list and they dont need to create an incident and dont need the new button in the list.

List control should explain better you just talked about how to omit the new button that is it think about the beginner, how are they going to understand everything.

Hey !! Thanks for your feedback 🙏🏻 But honestly list control is not that important while working as an Admin or Developer thats why I did not concentrate on this for a longer period of time. Instead I focused on those areas where you need more importance 🤓
