Basically put the oiler tip in the curve of the spring and turn it like using a screw driver to open the spring. Not just the spring comes out really nice but also very safe because turning motion eliminates the risk of bending the spring too much which can cause it to break. I used to use tweezer for this just like you but once I tried this method, I was suprised by how much easier and safer it was.
