tomato paste needs to be cooked out with loster shells with all the veggies in the begining and then delglazed with white wine. cooking the lobster shells alone will give out a ton more lobster flavor. you can add the lobster meat once you have blended the bisque and strained it. big ups to you Meyhem!!
Its about time you cooked up a real Florida Man meal on here (Unh!) Huge fan of this series, really all the best elements of Fridge Diving combined with a treasure trove of rare rapper facts. Do you think it would be *too narcissistic* of you to do an episode about yourself and give out rare tidbits on your own life and come up? You could do Steamed Monkfish wrapped in banana leaves, its a personal favorite track of mine (+ keep the seafood theme going), although I've never tried the dish myself and would be super interested to see your take on preparing it!!
