The only two things I've left I would do to the Z900RS is a set of rear sets and a quickshifter.....and honestly I'm leaning towards just buying another sportbike to use at the track, something a little more geared towards going fast. I'm perfectly happy on the Z but my inner competitiveness hates being passed on the straights :D
I think it will be better for you to get a more focussed bike, nothing wrong with running the Zed... I had way more fun on my V7 than I have on far faster bikes, but if wanting to learn to go faster, a faster more agile bike can only help in your goals 🙂
Also very very fun :) Thanks, definitely could have cleaned the bloody screen tho 😂 I'll try the gopro next time for some GPS stuff too. Ive one more session to edit I'll throw it up tomorrow!
It's very fun and sounds great now after the mods, definitely needs rear sets for full fast mode tho. I'd lvoe one, I'd keep the yellow tho but I'm a flamboyent auld soul :D
Bike sounds glorious mate 🙂 I like that they have apex markers, especially when they have corners as long as that really long one and with the track being pretty flat, they must help a lot. You are pretty nippy there Michael, nice riding mate 🙂 (def glad you knocked the stabilisation down a notch) 🙂
It sounds so so good wide open man. I'm considering doing the airbox mods before the next track day. I'll see. Yeah it's actually really nice and helped to learn the track a lot! Thanks man, I felt slow but there were a lot of fast bois out there. Haha yes, thanks for the suggestion!
I would love to do a track day agian. But would have to be on a rented bike, all the track days I did I crashed! But then I was young and took more risks!
Do iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit. Ah yeah I'm fairly careful with my bikes tbh, I could push to get another few seconds maybe but the least fun thing I've done is crashed bikes I like so I just take it relatively easy :D
