Having standard and boundaries doesn’t drive away serious prospects

I ended up contracting herpes from an IG fling…. Because I had absolutely no standards. I’m so grateful for my growth!! Tony’s videos have been a MAJOR key in my healing.

Having standards will keep most toxic people out, and having boundaries will scare most toxic people away. They will quickly see that they can’t take advantage of you and will have to leave your life or change themselves if they want to be a part of your life. Either way, having standards and boundaries is a win-win situation for you.

I hear Mr. Tony in my ear when i'm fielding these men, went on a date last nite with a man that most find attractive (tall-6f6, dark and handsome) had at least 10 phone calls prior to going out (even a vid date)...first date in person ..i met him there...was eating...I offered to pay my part...he snatched the tab away so fast! (but it sent a message like Mr. Tony said!) ate and talked and laughed for about 2 hours--then he walked me to my car...he leaned in for a kiss...caught this cute cheek!!!...he had no choice but to be a gentleman...wants to see me again...seems like he's trying to take me off the market....my eyes shall remain open & legs closed..CLARITY....Mr. Tony, I listen to your message religiously and using your teachings in practice...omg....you are a Godsend and thank you so much for helping to decode the male mind.

Standards are so important. Something we are not taught. I was taught to find a man who can take care of you which gives the impression that he can do whatever he wants as long as he takes care of home. Tony is out here changing lives for those who listen and apply the lessons!

He's right. The more standards you tell a man u have the more he'll test u. I stopped vocalizing the ones that i didnt have to and just start living what I know i want and they don't test u as much.

Standards protect us from people and situations that would make us lose, suffer or waste valuable time, feelings or money. We live in a world where most people try to take and gain as much as possible from you while giving as little as possible, where your kindness can be taken as weakness, where no one would come to you admit that what they bring to your table is less valuable than what you bring. So it's up to us to observe, draw the line and use standards as a protective and filtering method that doesn't allow everyone and everything get to us, while also knowing that people who want to be in our lives will rise up to meet them.

Setting standards is the way you love and protect yourself, the way you make sure you will be valued, appreciated and cherished. Know your worth and know that when you accept whatever is given to you and close your eyes to hurtful disrespectful things, you only have to lose, BUT when you refuse to be treated anything less than you deserve, that's when you filter the wrong people out and meet the right one who respects and truly cares for you.

Having standards keeps you strong and disciplined, they keep you on your purpose. Your standards are based on your self esteem, integrity, and self worth. People tricking you into lowering your standards should only be viewed as a test, that you’re on the right path, so stay on the right path and keep your standards.

Once you make that commitment that unclean spirit will return to see if the house is swept CLEAN!!!! Don't fall for the counterfeit bc guess what, when that spirit comes back, he comes back with seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they enter and dwell there, and the last state of that person is worse than the first!! Telling u, make that commitment and stick with it. This applies to all aspects of your life. When you speak that in the atmosphere, here comes the joker ready to trip you up. Put on the FULL AMOR.. It's war out here. Stick to your commitments and pray!!!!! HE IS BUSY............ KEEP YOUR STANDARDS, STAY WITH YOUR COMMITMENTS! This message came at the best time. Thank you Tony!

So true! I recently went out on a few dates with a guy and right away I picked up on things weren't of my standards. I gave it a total of 3 dates before I finally concluded that we were not compatible. So the 4th time that he asked to take me out, I was able to tell him that I didn't think we were compatible. No hard feelings involved or anything. He just wasn't for me. Surprisingly, he responded by saying "Thanks for being honest I appreciate it". And that was that.

You aren't lying about those tests Tony. I went on an 8 night cruise after eating a plant based diet for two weeks. By the grace of God, I made it with my diet 🙌🏾 It takes standards and discipline. Sometimes it's hour by hour. Stay the course, reap your rewards 💯

This video was handcrafted for me today!! I just told a guy I was getting to know that getting to know each other more is not best for me. He talked the talk, encouraging me and pointing me towards God, but he didn’t believe in waiting until marriage for sex. That was so hard for me to wrap my mind around. He is respectful, loving, intelligent, wise, everything that I think makes a person a man. But that one standard, I almost gave in and sacrificed. I was in the car yelling at God, why would you put someone so tempting in my life? With tears streaming down my face I told him no more talking, and I’ll see him in church. After watching this video I felt so much relief and thankfulness that I did not give in. I needed some good direction for this situation I was in. I am going to make my list of standards right now! The whys, and the potential worst tests. Thank you so much!! God knows what I need!

Set standards and firmly stand by them, without compromising. If who you date doesn't meet them. Change who you meet and date. But don't change your standards. Setting standards, means you know your worth and value. Also be extra discerning and prayerful. 🙏🏼🧐💖

Yes I learned this the hard way like most people! I know now after experiencing a one of the lowest/toxic relationships I ever experienced. It was partially my fault, esp during quarantine last year...Don’t let loneliness take over EVER ladies, & gentleman

Wow Tony is so right!!! My ex husband ruined our honey- moon trip to Colorado. He was either annoyed because he couldn’t find we*d or riding around looking for it. I was naive so there was probably more to it. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

I lowered my standards this one time with my ex. He had a street persona, manners, and respectful as I was very interested in this very handsome man. I found out later he didn't care about improving himself. He liked drugs, fast younger women, sex, and lying to me.

My why: sleeping with men have broke my heart every time. Yes it’s a sin, and I know why. I’m born in Sweden, it’s a country of atheists and feminism. I take accountability but I’ve learned all by myself. But my new belief have to be even stronger, to the core, so I CAN stand my ground in any temptation to come. Thank you Tony.

This is so true Tony! My ex smoked weed a lot and I was always guilty by association. I received complaints from my apartment manager because she smelled weed in my apt. When I was selling my house a prospective buyer also complained of smelling weed coz my stoner ex smoked in the backyard. There was no traveling anywhere with him because there was no weed where we were going. Ladies leave these stoners alone.

Everything Tony said is so true. In dating, without setting my standards in stone and having them written out and clear to me, I have tolerated a lot of BS that looking back I think - how did I let that slide? I realized I was dating men I was attracted to, getting to know them by spending a lot of time on the phone, and by the time things came up that I would consider to be a red flag, I would already feel like I’ve invested time & built an emotional bond. Also, prior to abstaining, I would sleep with a guy within 3 months. When you don’t have standards and a concrete plan as a woman, you are setting yourself up for failure. I’m so thankful for videos such as this that gives us women the blueprint for success

It was with somebody I was CRAZY about. BUT, I have to say I did pass the test. By the grace of nobody but GOD, because HE gave me a way of escape and I took it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 KJV

Thank you for this video. It's definitely going to be something I need to think about this weekend, even though I've already had just about every test thrown at me, I still need to continue fortifying myself with conviction. That is a journey that never ends. One thing I notice in the past that has helped me a great deal, is that once I become committed to something, I don't speak it out loud. Every time I do, it doesn't work. When I keep it to myself though, I get blessings. Maybe that's because while God can hear every prayer, so can the devil...

I got finessed yall after 1 year of total abstinence including not drinking for 2 years.. I got tested just as TG said and failed .. alcohol was involved and I was immediately regretful and disgusted and had to seek repentance like I never did before.. the fear of God took over me like wild fire!!! Like Tony said I didn’t think about what the test would be and it came HEAVY! I failed but is not happening again thanks TG!!

The brain responds best to positive words to express standards. “I don’t want an inconsiderate cheater with a wandering eye” -> “I want a faithful, integrity keeping man who is loving, attentive and considerate to me”. I already know what you don’t want, it’s an exercise to try expressing what I do want. It becomes an affirmation of what I believe I deserve and what I am holding out for.

Standards are very important in all types of relationships. Shows how you feel about your self. I'm learning through therapy that a lot of behaviors are ingrained from childhood and they almost all revolve around not setting standards/boundaries. Spending time to unlearn all of that now so that implementing those standards becomes second nature.

I run a outsource customer service and executive assistant firm... you have filter real and worthy situations.
