Thank you Victoria Raechel! Because of your videos, I was able to take proper care of my hamsters, and even my other rodents, My hamsters have lived 4 years, maybe one has lived 3. I have two new beautiful hamsters, a Panda Syrian Hamster and my first Russian dwarf hamster. Hi Victoria! You provide such a great home for your hamsters and I look forward to seeing your next videos! Have you ever had any issues with your paper bedding before? I buy the same bedding you use but I often find pieces of plastic in it and once fished out a piece of a balloon!

I just want to say thank yiu so much victoria because if ut werent for you my hanster wouod be living in a tiny cage uts whole life but today my 40 gallon tank is arriving and im so happy. I have a syrian hamster and she is the sweetest thank you!

Looks great. I´m excited to see the resident. ^^ People might think, wow, that´s a lot of stuff (and money) to spend for "just" one hamster. But think about it. Usually you set up a enclosure once and use it for (hopefully) 2 to 3 years. And you can usually keep everything except the bedding and sand etc. to use it over and over again for future hamsters. Food, bedding and vet bills are the only recurring costs. And if a hamster can live a species-appropriate life, they are less likely to get sick.

Ur hamsters r so lucky! I’ve been rlly inspired by you and I rescued a Syrian about 6 months ago that used to live in a tiny tales cage, obv I’m younger and don’t have that much money so I am using about the same size as one of the niteangel cages u use just not as tall! I’m hoping it still works for her, but it’s better then what she used to be in, plus she used to get hay as bedding. 😢😢 Edit: it’s 33in long - 18in wide - and 13in tall!

Hello Victoria I love you're videos so much I am ten years old and im going to get my first hamster on Dec 11, 2023 which im so excited! Ive been watching all you're hamster care videos in the playlist and even started writing a hamster diary which I write notes in from you're advice. I honestly wouldn't know what to do without you. You are one of my comfort youtubers and I think the hamster I get will be in great care thanks to all you're advice you've given! Is there any tips i should know for a beginner hamster owner? 🥳

I just got a detolf a few hours ago, I don't actually have space to put it down sideways anywhere but just to be sure... it was ~18$ worth on fb marketplace so I haad to get it. My rescue hamster is sadly still in the temporary samla enclosure while the plexiglass I ordered for his Komplement arrives, then he'll be upgraded. It's always so cool watching others set up their hamster enclosures, gives me a good idea how to clutter the space I have available well. Can't wait to see your new hamster‼️

It’s really helpful instead of me having to search around confused lol. i’m rly sorry for how long the next part is. if u wish to read on, plz be prepared. Your channel is really inspiring- before I found your channel I had a cage from Pets At Home and some other stuff including a 6inch wheel! Idk how i thought i had done a lot of research back then🤦🏼‍♀️ Even worse, when we saw that my hammy was climbing the bars of her cage - we looked up if it’s normal and it said that‘it’s only natural for your hamster to want to clamber over everything’ 🤦🏼‍♀️at least i can blame that mistake on google😩 Luckily now i have a much bigger cage (One Of The PawHut ones) and will be moving her into it as soon as the tiles ordered arrive and are put on! (so that she can’t chew out) I’ve also given her a much better wheel (the niteangel one) and bought lots of enrichment for her. Thank you for making videos that can inform ppl and guide ppls hamsters to better lives :)

In a few months I'm going to move my little Oliver into a bigger better room. I call it and I am super excited because he deserves a bigger space than what I was given when I got him... And I'm trying to contain myself but I cannot wait. I think we live through our hamsters because they have the cutest most amazing spots that we did for them. Victoria, I have a Syrian hamster who is currently living in a large bin cage (with proper setup and enrichment) but I'm looking towards upgrading to a bigger/better cage. I was considering an Ikea Detolf but as you stated previously it would not suit a Syrian due to the length and height, and I unfortunately don't have the kind of money for 2 NiteAngel stackers as they are $219 a piece. I need your opinion. Thanks

i have both joint too and my hamster was chewing the plastic cover part and chewd through the middle thick plastic lol . I had to rearrange the entire cage again so she cant chew just sth other people should watch out for . I can give her three joint cage she will still chew
