Touch the tool to work manually, to measure, and to set the measurement value to the work coordinate system without any dedicated probe setup.
The kind of the measurement that can be used is as follows.
1.Single surface measurement: The position on the single surface is measured, and it is set to the work coordinate system.
2.Outside diameter measurement: Three points on the outside diameter of circle are measured, and a centre position is calculated. It is set to the work coordinate system as a centre position.
3.Inside diameter measurement: Three points on the inside diameter of circle are measured, and a centre position is calculated. It is set to the work coordinate system as a centre position.
4.Outside width measurement: Two points of the convex width are measured, and a centre position is calculated. It is set to the work coordinate system as a centre position.
5.Inside width measurement: Two points of the concave width are measured, and a centre position is calculated. It set to the work coordinate system as a centre position.
6.Measurement of corner outside: Four points outside of the corner are measured, and the corner position and the corner angle are calculated. The corner position is set to the work coordinate system. The corner angle is set to the macro variable.
7.Measurement of corner inside: Four points inside of the corner are measured, and the corner position and the corner angle are calculated. The corner position is set to the work coordinate system. The corner angle is set to the macro variable.
8.Angled work measurement: Two points in inclining respect are measured, and the angle of the inclining work is calculated. It set to the macro variable.
