That's an old joke. Dr tells patient's wife that her husband had a stroke and he will be an invalid for the rest of his life. She will have to bathe and feed him and change his diapers etc. The wife cries and says how she doesn't know how she's going to do all that by herself. The doctor says "Just kidding... he's dead". Kind of sick, but funny. Seth probably remembered the punch line.

Heather Remlin Yeah. I just rewatched and counted how much Seth drank during this skit. My guesses on the units of alcohol for the mixed drinks. -(1) beer to start -(1.5) vodka, hot sauce, bitters -(1.5) brandy, Werther's originals -(2.5) bourbon, whiskey, SoCo, bananas -(1) shot - the voice -(1) shot - lion cognitive test -(1) shot - excited before F words game -(1) shot - before singing to Kelly -(1) beer to finish So probably about 11-12 drinks!
