My God! This is my second time listening to this, but it feels like the first time. So thankful to God for bringing me back to this teaching and admonishment! So needed! I can hardly breathe due to the anxiety and guilt I feel. I want and will give my energy to the things and people that matter most to me!

I learned that there is a difference between a God thing and a good thing. I learned to tell people I'm not available because I'm not always emotionally or spiritually or financially available. I try to encourage others in a loving way to learn to depend on the Lord verses codependency. Pearl of wisdom💎

I love the concepts of concentric circles... inner circles 1,2,3.... Jesus, Jesus with the 3, Jesus with the 12, Jesus with the crowds.... Give your best to the people that matter the most! Don't give it to everyone else and snap/give emotional response to your husband/kids.... Gems 💎 💎 💎 💎 all throughout this vid!!! Since January I've been setting downtown on my iphone from 9am-2pm everyday. I only take two 15 minute breaks to reply to people then I switch off again. I call it a personal policy. I hope to set more boundaries. Thank you so much for this :)

Love your emphasis on affirming but still saying "no". Was asked to join a ministry last week that lines up with majority of my passions, but for this season of life, my time is limited. The ability to graciously tell them "no" allowed them to find another person who is in a season of life where she can be the blessing they need.

Sending you lots of snow from Finland. Always blessed listening to you. I am so down right now because I am kind of stuck and not doing that one thing that matters so much to me. I haven't seen my family for 7years😥and it is still uncertain if I will be able to travel home this year. This alone drain me and affects everything including my ministry. I pray God make a way for me to see them pretty soon🙏 Thank you for this sharing, it is so timely.

Learned to Set Boundaries Especially As God is Having me wake up Spend more time with him in the last month. Love this...such confirmation...i have learned to say no graciously over the years....but still learning and growing in this area! I wasn't sure that I wanted to hear about setting boundaries around my time. And it wasn't that I am doing such a good job at it either! But I did and so glad I did stop and listen this morning because I am applying all you said to money, relationships both marriage and friends, and even food. Hi from a rainy Cape Town South Africa Chrystal!!! I look forward to coffee with you on a Monday morning! its now standard in my planner. This you tube episode was especially useful because I struggle to say NO. ...so I'm going to practice. I am a Mom of 2 young kids and I have "me time" every Sunday afternoon - 2 hours just for me. I watch a movie, soak my feet, and have lots of unhealthy snacks! LOL! Mondays and the rest of the week are easier because I have reserved this time just for me. Blocking time slots for different activities helps me to say no...BUT I still struggle!
