@Metroun I can't tell you how many grads/trainees at my place of work are struggling with applying/understanding the NRM1 when cost planning. Whether it be here on RU-vid or your Udemy account, I think a demo style video course that applies the rules as you go through the different elements (whats incl. and what not etc) would be super beneficial! They struggle mainly with the descriptions and whats included (or not) under that particular element. There isn't much of anything out there as far as a video guide/course goes, definitely a gap and requirement for it in the current market.

Hi I'm 19 years old and l wanted to ask how I can get an opportunity to do apprenticeship in Quantity Surveying

Hi there, Are you from the UK? And if so, have you completed your A-Levels? Only reason I ask is apprenticeships are sometimes reliant on level 3 qualifications. Without these, you might need to complete an access course beforehand. Ultimately though, you should be applying for Apprentice Quantity Surveyor roles through sites like LinkedIn & Indeed. Also, if you have any family members in construction, use this to your advantage as they’ll likely have some useful contacts.
