I test your timing on my 1977 trans am base 400 engine the Engine running is better and its driving become great. note: i use Acceleration vacuum advance from the carburetor / my engine with Edelbrock carburetor & aluminum intake manifold, thank you very much

was wondering if you can swap a Pontiac 350 into a 78 firebird with the same motor mounts as the chevy 350 currently sitting in the car or do you have to buy specific mounts?
No the pontiac mounts are a bit different and in a different location. The cross member is drilled for them tho but you need to swing the control arms down to access the bolts.
