Tell Rebecca thanks for what she is doing and be safe. I know it is hard work with everything going on. I love your property, your animals and your garden. I would love having such. As always be safe, be blessed and good health to you both.
Keeping busy Is the key to a healthy life, you both have it down pat, makes you enjoy your free time so much more. Its a pleasure to watch all your farm babies, puppies are getting so smart, always entertaining, thank you.
Praying for you guys, I know what it's like to be on the front line. She is a very special lady, and tell her that we all appreciate what she's doing. Jimmy
A little tip I used on our goats, is get a tin can and put some small gravel in it. Just shake it lightly,, they think it is grain and will follow you everywhere. Good Luck.
Oh those cute puppies! Loved that ending! And no wonder Rebecca is fishing all the time with all that must be going on at her work right now. There’s great solace in the act of fishing.
Do you have enough fence to put the goats on the pond dam? 4 leg drive weed eaters are great for keeping the saplings down on a dam. If you are looking for another idea for how to use some of that smoked pork, BBQ pizza. pizza crust ether store bought or home made, BBQ sauce you like, pork/chicken/beef bbq, onion and some mozzarella cheese. just search for the type of meat and crust you are using to get prep amounts and cook times
Stay safe Rebecca, we appreciate your dedication to nursing and Evan thanks for sharing and those fur babies are just the cutest little things... I see I'm a day behind on videos... God Bless
Those puppies are so cute Rebekah...... I don't know but you married a great cook.... Looks like something my grama used to fry up.... and the pork shoulder yum..... Stay healthy you two. Hugs from Minnesota
I was just about to switch off and go to bed, but I have to watch your new video first! I often watch stuff I have no clue about or never been interested in, like mechanical stuff. But if it is presented well, it will be interesting. The way you present it and your explanations are so great, it is such a pleasure to watch. You are to soft with Scout, but he is adorable.
I'm sure you already know about rotational grazing... I'd make paddocks rotating out from your gate... Like pie wedges. Your pork shoulder looks delicious!!
Hope you're getting some rest in between the homesteading and I've been working during the stay safe stay at home and work retail sales and cashiering/food preparer and am thankful that I can. I've gotta get caught up on the videos I've missed. Stay safe and strong through this 🙏🙌.
Those puppies are so cute. Your roast looked great, you guys will enjoy that so several days. New pasture place looks like a big plus and they will enjoy all that room.
as the goats have been in effect a "dry lot" situation over the winter which means limited to no worms as they are not eating off the ground - now they are going to pasture that is going to change what have you got in place for doing lemantra scores and worming while on grass - also they need hay with the grass to start or the richness of the grass in the spring will upset their tummies and cause diarrhea or you only put them out for a couple hours a day for the first few days then their time out in the paddock increases as their tummies get used to the grass over about a 10 day period
Good video Evan, nice intro to the video too. Such a beautiful place you two have made, heaven on earth! Have fun getting crops raised and harvested with your two diggers! Thanks for sharing with us, be safe. Fred.
You need a bell sheep/ bell goat . If you put a bell on one of the older goats ... the other ones will follow . They are so cute ....!! 🐐❤I pray you and your wife stay safe . God bless her for all the hard work your wife is doing . I know that's got to be tough right now . You both are hard workers and I enjoy watching your videos . Thank you !!

Not sure how into fish tanks you are but it would be super cool if you put like a 150g fish tank in your home stocked with fish and plants from your pond. Then see how big you can grow your bass lol also could use it for aquaponics indoors! great video guys the pork shoulder looks great!
Love those cute pups of yours. What characters. I've just got a starter kit from premier 1 for my chicks. First time with chicks. I didn't realize I don't need to clip them back onto itself for the shocker to work. I've now got the ability to pull my coop anywhere on my property where it won't roll down the hill. Learn something wonderful with each of your videos Evan. Thank you so much👍👌❣️
Very cool as always. I'm thinking of using some of that netting around our planned garden area to keep critters out. I know it's almost impossible to keep the deer out, but my main concern would be the raccoons, rabbits, possums, etc. more than the deer. This pandemic has set us back just a bit with the progress on our homestead. The time that we have out there really hasn't changed since both my wife and I have still been working full-time, but the problem that we have run into is getting supplies/materials for what we are doing with many places closed. That's okay with me though, I would rather people be safe. We WILL get through this. It's just going to take time. In the meantime I will just press on with what I can do. I hope that you and your entire family stay safe and make it through this with minimal impact.
What’s the most I can do to help your channel out? I watch every video, like every video and comment on a lot. My guess would be just to watch the ads fully? What’s the best outcome for you guys??
comments and thumbs up helps show interest so RU-vid suggests the videos to more people. I am sure sharing the video helps too. Thanks for helping out.
Baling your owen hay is a little harder then you would think an the equipment upkeep will coast you a pretty penny and breakdowns will also set you back. And the chances of your hey catching fire! From contanus combusting from moister is a big risk. Stoney ridge farmer almost lost his hey bailer to a bad bearing getting hot and catching fire and almost set his field on fire. I remember when I was a kid watching our next door neighbor barn burn down from the high moister hay combusting. Just something to think about
How is the fainting goat going to like the fence? Evan your farm is really getting to look nice.Better watch out for those ticks.Need electric fence around your garden ,the doggies are using it as their play ground.God bless
