Modify UGOS and BIOS ( • How To Install a CUSTO... )
1. In UGOS, go to Control Panel - Terminal - Enable SSH Access (Access via terminal)
2. On PC, open Command Prompt, type “ ssh [username]@[NAS ip]”
3. Type “yes” if prompted to continue connecting
4. Type NAS user password when prompted
5. Type “lsblk”
6. Find nvme drive with boot partition & partition
7. Type “sudo su”
8. Type password when prompted
9. Type “mkdir /mnt/nvme_efi”
10. Type “mount /dev/nvme0n1p1 /mnt/nvme_efi” (partition name in step 6)
11. Type “cd /mnt/nvme_efi”
12. Type “ls”
13. Type “mv EFI EFI_RENAME”
14. Type “ls” to check
15. Type “reboot”
16. NAS should kick you to a UEFI setup screen
17. Navigate to Advanced tab - Watchdog Settings - Disable Watchdog Control (This will disable the system that reboots the NAS every 3 minutes if the UGOS is not detected)
18. Plug in UNRAID USB
19. Save BIOS changes and REBOOT
