Setting up your Launchpad X in Live 11 

Sorry to hear that. Have you tried all available USB ports and alternative USB cables? Have you ensured that your Launchpad X is using the latest firmware? Available from Components - components.novationmusic.com/launchpad-x/updates

That's right. Launchpad is primarily designed as a controller for Ableton Live and Ableton Live is compatible with Mac and Windows PC only. You can learn more about Live of the Ableton website - www.ableton.com/en/live/what-is-live/

Are you using the latest version of Ableton Live? Are you able to select Launchpad X from the Control Surface menu?

I am having this same issue, I am using the latest ableton. I can select Launchpad X, but none of the MIDI daw in or out stuff shows up @novationhelp

Are you working on a Windows PC? If so, have you installed the Novation USB Driver yet? - downloads.novationmusic.com/novation/launchpad-mk3/launchpad-x
