Man, I can't tell you how good it is to see people out here actually laying their sh*t down like this. Back kwhen I started doing this shit, there wasn't anybody showing out like this. I'm telling ya. Philly is rocking right now.
Your videos are great! I am a newbie and was ready to give up on this nitro thing. After watching your last two videos, my brother I've done pulled out the NITRO AGAIN! Thanks to nitro guys like you.
Please don't give up on Nitro Ron Fuller ! My brother and I have 1 season under our belts and are learning tons from youtube. rajaa111 has been a huge help ! He answers questions like a boss. Also check out Elite Rc, Botajell and Everyday RC. Never give up !
Thanks, Man come on back you got a gem with that werks b5 thats a great engine and if you get it modded it can do wonders but stock its crazy. If you need any help getting back up and running let me know!!!!
rajaa111 Not familiar with the TLR brake set. Upgrading the RTR's ! Do they run springs on the brake pins to separate them ? Do you also run composite brake pads ?
Mathew Doty Yupper, the springs sits between the 2 metal brake pads, their are two sets, one set for the front brake and one set for the rear brake, the brake disk is composite, there is one disk for each brake, one for the front and one for the rear brake. That disk sits in the middle of the 2 metal brake pads.
I know this video is a bit old but for anyone who sees this. The throttle linkage and carburetor and is set terribly in this video. The linkage isn’t pulling the carb slide perfectly straight and it’ll bind. The linkage and carb need to be inline with each other so that it’ll pull the carb perfectly straight
NaderS Sedagt what I do are you looking for? Here’s the part number and link where you can purchase it from www.amainhobbies.com/team-losi-racing-8ight-4.0-brake-linkage-hardware-tlr241018/p475866?r=0 4.0 truggy and buggy share the same part number
By far the best inexpensive remote you can get is the flysky FS-GT3C, you can get them off ebay or amazon for around 40 bucks, it has end points and a few other adjustments that will help.
This is mad I have a old firestorm hpi g 3.0 old as shit had it years ago and actually forgot about it been there for years so Gave it a clean and it start up fine but the service is mad it completely crossed over fail safe works but don’t actually push it all the way and don’t fully apply the brakes , yours looks so advanced
J C I have before, you have to be careful because it changes your compression ratio, and depends on how much you take off or add you nitro% might need to change meaning you might have to run more or less
@@rajaa111 I actually read the RTR directions. I did set up the endpoints.. Now my tray isnt being torqued.. But, yes i definitely need a new transmitter. Set up the fail safe also.. now i have a piece of mind
