I bought the same tufting gun through a different site, the motor turns on when I pull the trigger, but the rotors don’t move at all. It’ll go through one cycle randomly, is it a defective gun or is there a way to fix this?

I bought my gun from @IMakeRugs and it doesn’t cut the yarn it just ruins it. And I can even switch out the cut pile to see if the blade doesn’t work because the bolt on it is so tight >:( what should I do
