Hello Ganesh, The new firmware can support 16 indoor units.

Upgrade the firmware of both units. Login to webserver of 341am and type in indoor unit details. It should work.

Few clients have raised this issue. Upon doing a small survey, we suggested Hikvision team to keep a physical button for calling indoor unit OR move "authorized" or "not authorized" status above the buttons on the display. By this, when ever any one tries to show face on the device, the call button and other button wouldn't disappear!

And one more question: The field of view of the terminal is wide, as you can see on the display of the unit, but when I add the terminal to the indoor station, the field of view are too narrow. When some person stay behind the door, we can not see the person because camera looks like 6mm lens on the indoor station display. And about physical button to call, maybe it's a good idea when the call button colored green like on a smartphone or what else. You know what I mean?

@@sametmete7680 The only solution is to get face terminal with fingerprint authentication then you can set device to face + finger mode so that annoying notification wont pop up on screen bc it need fingerprint to start the whole process

Like you said, I have change the methode of authentication and set it custom by each record ( person ) Like: Peter can acces with PS/Face/Card Antoine can acces only with card When we use this mode, each visitor that not in database, will not pop up. Now the other things that need to change is: 1: Led light off from the fingerprint possibility, visitor has no more options to push the doorbell. Otherwise. The fingerprint led is the first thing what a visitor see when he come. 2: The black pictogram change in Green colour 3: Background change. This is easy to set background with text message that visitor need to push the call button. Hope that this functions coming soon And one more thing. The indoor station ( android ) when somebody is call. The field of view is too narrow. ) Like a 6mm lens. Some one knows what I mean?

Hi ZYR, You have an option to generate excel report. Time & Attendance -> Attendance Statics -> Attendance Record -> Select the date period and select search -> Export.

Hello Jordan, You’ll have to use web interface to set ID for each outdoor unit. Maximum you can connect up to 9 outdoor units (old firmware), if I am not wrong you can connect upto 16 outdoor units in the new firmware. Secondly for the indoor unit, if you can set 5 extension indoor units in addition to the main indoor unit. You’ll have to change settings either on the hardware or through remote management in software!!

Once you configure one indoor and 1 outdoor units. You can follow similar steps to configure 2nd indoor unit, make sure to select extension and put extension No 1 and for 3rd indoor unit, put extension no 2
