Thankyou so much for your video!! My husband was able to replace the clock hands and install them also correct the clocks chimes on the hour and half hour, again thankyou,!! Very good instructions!!
Most of the time, no, they don't have a collar. The hour hand just pushes straight on to the shaft. Every once in a while, you'll run across a cuckoo hour hand that does have a collar, but it's not common.
