I'm too having the same problem. I've downloaded the little stars app but unable to get any further with regards to adding the device. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thankyou xx
I bought this camera & I'm having some challenges with it. Please outline a basic step-by-step way to record a video without WiFi & watch it later when I'm back from work. Thanks.
So basically after you do the first install and you have it on the cameras WiFi, go back in and change to your WiFi then click to where it connects to hotspot. On my iPhone it took me back to the settings menu but I open the app again and clicked on the camera and it connected perfectly after that. It took a bit of trial and error to connect but in the end it worked out fine.
Hi! Anytime I touch the camera icon, it says "photo fail". I do have an SD card inside. When I press the video icon, it jumps out of the camera screen. Any ideas?
Thanks for the video...however, (1) actually EXPLAINING what you are doing (and why) would be a HUGE help (in English, please) and (2) If I just want to use the camera with my phone, why do I have to connect it to my home wifi? Thanks
You can connect directly to the camera via WiFi but you'll have no internet connection through the WiFi. That's ok if you don't need the internet or have your mobile data connected to use the internet.
@@marglam6123 how to connect to camera directly? Just connect to the camera in your WiFi settings. It starts with AAC or ACC something. The camera will have to be in pairing mode though (flashing) for it to appear in your WiFi list
If using the camera just with your phone (AP mode) you don't need to connect to your home WiFi. But if you want to watch it via the internet from anywhere, you have to tie it to your router via the Little Stars app (or whatever app suits your A9 camera manufacturer/model/version).
Hi I'm stuck you never had to go into the little app is asking for the uid & saying not connected why didn't you have to go on uid where password page is please help thanks
I just bought one and god that so crop as field of view, on the box it was written it give wide view but in reality its like a zoom lens with very small field of view
Nisam još probao ali svakako svaka čast na pravljenju ovog video snimka! Verujem da je ovaj način rešenje. Ne znam da li oma opcija da snima na karticu i da li može da se podesava zum, jer je skroz problizena slika.
Hello I have a problem the application, does not install on my huawei p30 pro, do you have another application that could work with, I tried v380 pro but do not recognize the camera. THANKS

I installed everything, the sound is heard normally during recording, but when it is played back, the picture is fine, but the sound is not heard, where I made a mistake or left something out ....
After testing it neither has night vision nor motion detect but thats not surprising, i think there are different version and price for what seem to be same model

Hello. my steps are as follows to see from the home wifi network I find the spycam signal from the phone I activate it and see it from the spycam when I go to click + add device what should I do or I try to enter the id manually and click on ap distribution network ok or next step and connect abnormally? what am I doing wrong ?
Yes, enter the ID (the same as you see in WiFi SSID for the camera, ACC... or BCC...) then connect to your regular WiFi network and use the OneKey option to link the camera WiFi to your WiFi network, accessible from anywhere in the world via Internet. IT WORKS!
@@geneeddie1 connect your phone to the camera, directly to it's WiFi signal. You will see it in AP mode, but the device will appear as 'connecting'. Now use the OneKey button, connect to your home WiFi and enter your home WiFi password. It will now connect to your home WiFi and distribute the AP on the network. This can take a few seconds. Once complete, you can switch off WiFi on your phone and use your mobile data instead, from anywhere.
I cant stanf these cheap things. I shoulf of never bought a cheap camera. I just wanted ti hide a couple for my office. Now i have to return yhis shit because the app dowloads. Your given no username or ID they ask for. Theres no link to register or search gor device. It just says no devices found. It has no search iption to find and kocate. Will this wirk without a sd card fir just survekience or do i need a SD card fir this to work ?
It doesn't depend on the Little Stars app, but on the features included with your camera. The light bulb indicates if you're in night vision or not. Some products switch automatically, others only manually, and some may not have this functionality, and that icon has no functionality. On mine, it switches from color to b&w with some higher sensitivity, but I wouldn't call that night vision. The icon next to it seems to be a motion detector function, which my camera doesn't have. But I suppose that this is where you enable or disable it, depending on the model (and the price you paid) of your camera. Mine is a 10 bucks version.
@@MyJondalar Thank you for the info. Most of these I bought in $8 range do not include any infrared LEDs or LDR light dark sensor. I would imagine motion detection is a function of the managing app since it must compare pic frames with respect to time? It's very unfortunate that these are advertised blatantly for having night vision when it is a complete scam. Oh well fire beware and yes for the price point it's a fun toy
I've watched a couple of different videos on this little spy camera and I still don't get it. Why in the world don't any of you men talk during the video and explain what you are doing instead of jumping from one screen on your phone to another and don't give us time to see what you are clicking on. Guess it's a 'man thing'. I'll go see if I can find a video posted by a woman..........
Been trying to set up initially couldn't get I'd. Managed to connect to WiFi but now no camera I'd and can't get bkue lights on. Get as far as the app but nothing happens

No need for a user ID. Just press the On/Off button shortly. It should start blinking with the blue LED (if it doesn't, it's either not charged or faulty). Check available WiFi devices on your phone. You should see some ACC... or BCC... SSID. Connect to it, but as well take a note of it. You might need it for the next step, to make the camera available on the Internet (no worries, only for users who have done this setup while connected to your home WiFi).

Some cameras have, others don't, and some have a fake night vision (it just switches to b&w and increases brightness a bit), it depends on the version you acquired. Mine cost me 10 bucks and has nothing of al this but does perfectly do what I needed it for (front door spyhole and great tit's nestbox).
No special settings, it works just fine as designed. Connect to the camera in AP mode (from your available WiFi connections). Then disconnect and connect to the WiFi network you want the camera to be visible on. Add Device, enter the SSID you connected to in the previous step as ID, then use the One Key button and enter the password of your router. Be patient for the AP to be distributed on the net. Once successful, you can switch off WiFi on your phone and still see the cam via the Little Stars app and mobile data when it's online, no matter where you are.
ap mode works router mode not ap net distribution -> device connect failed blue light flashing fast i dont understand I do it exactly as the video , 5 ghz is off
Same problem for me as well. Using 2.4ghz, stays at "AP net distribution" for a few minutes and then gives me device connect failed. I'm connected to a 2.4ghz network and the password is correct.
Okay first off this guy's showing us a camera with a flashing blue light next to a red light the cameras I've got don't have a red light and the flashing blue light goes out after 3 seconds
You need to link the camera to your home WiFi network. Connect your phone to the WiFi network you want to make the camera available on, not to the camera WiFi itself. Then use the Add Device button, enter the ID (ACC... or BCC..., the SSID of the camera's own WiFi) and use the One Key option. Now you have to provide the password for that WiFi network, so the camera can connect to it and obtain an IP address from the router. It may take a while until the hotspot is distributed on the net, but then you can switch off your phone's WiFi and use your mobile data (from anywhere in the world where you have coverage), open the Little Stars app and view your cameras (as long as they're powered on and online on your home WiFi network).
You need to link the camera with your home WiFi that has an Internet connection to create a hotspot on your home network. Then you can watch from anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection. It may stop working in any situation where the router's DHCP assigns new IP addresses.
@@VeslinovPredragandroid the id number is camera number in wifi aPP. if you can figure out the rest - to get this working, let me know! i hate these things that come with no instructions!

in wifi mode cannot input my ssid, only the password; is says < unknown ssid> and there is no way to change it, so there is no connection with the camera on the network
