I made the Vlog!!! I was stoked to meet Brad and then play at a table with him! I have even more respect for the guy now after watching him very politely shake people's hands and say hey to them, sometimes while involved in a hand. I didn't see him get frustrated or lose it towards someone once and that can't be easy when you are trying to focus on the game and also film a vlog. Great meeting you Brad...and it was nice to see the guitar make an appearance!

You're an impressive vlogger. The vocabulary, the style, the editing, musical score, etc. are soooo well-done. This is movie-grade stuff (good good movies, not some cheap shiz). To think if I sat on a table with you someday and didn't know who you were, I might've befriended you. Love the community you're built, and you're well-known for attracting the kind of people who everybody is happy to hang with (based on reading comments). Would love to see a box set of the vlog as a series once it finishes. I'd pay in the 50-75 dollar range.

Brad, have watched a ton of your videos and love everything about them and you as a person. This one really hit home for me. I am a novice, trying to get better (like most players). I have had a horrible run the last 6 sessions, running into bad beats, coolers, playing a little too wide, and paying through the nose for it :). I understand variance, and never really get too mad at anyone but myself, but it sure can get frustrating :). Watching the way you handled this session, stayed composed, and fought back was a great confidence booster for me. I wish you all the good fortune you deserve and thank you so much for all the time and effort you put into your videos and for sharing!

The guitar cracked me up!! I know that feeling of getting unlucky, I had A6 of clubs earlier tonight and the flop came 2h6d6s. I had trips with the best kicker possible. Two other peeps went all in and I of course called. I think one player had a trash hand somehow (I don’t remember), my other opponent had 65 of hearts (he flopped trips but I had the kicker advantage), the turn was a Qd, and the river…killed my life when the 5 of clubs ripped on the river. I got knocked out by a 3 outer.

I know how you feel to get unstuck. Last Saturday, I was playng in the 2/3 NL $100/$400 buy in at Oceans’s 11 casino in Oceanside, Ca. I was down at $725 during the session. After the 8 hour session was finished, I left with a profit of $600. I was mostly in the red for 6.5 hours but the last 1.5 hours brought me to the promised land. Watching this video reminded me of my weekend adventure. There were a few times in which I was only down $75 from the lowest point and I thought it would be great to leave but stuck to my guns for the win.

One thing you gotta remember while playing poker. There are gonna be times where you’re running good, your cards are holding up, and you dishing out coolers or barely 1 upping a stronger hand….with that being said you’re also gonna be on the opposite end of that as well. Happened to me the other day lol. Any pocket pair I had, my opponent would call with any hand that had 1 card higher and hit on the flop….or I’d flop straight and they hit runner runner, or a 2 outer….or pocket kings VS A2 off suit and they flop a straight 🥴 Just remember if you’re good you’ll come up more than you lose

Hey Brad I'm actually in Vegas and just played in my very first tournament at the MGM hotel and casino and I finished 8th out of 32 players and made the final table i definitely made sure to follow some the big points that u discuss in the vids so thanks for the knowledge of the game and here's hoping we can have a shot to play with each other

Good to hear you having a strum, i was thinking that it would be a cool idea to do little cameos like that when you get similar circumstances, sort of like your own version of a "5 minutes later" that DePaulo uses. The 'Alan a Dale' of the pokers world....sort of. Being 3k down and coming strong at the death and getting square, is like a 3k win.
