I got my Jumper T16 Pro and watched your vids several times and i gotta say i would not of got the Telementry and maps working without your guidance and videos i put this on all 9 of my Drones and for my Nimbus Vtol too Thanks . B.K
Great tutorial. Do you know if this yaapu widget will read the telemtry that is provided by a Crossfire connection to the quad? CSFR does support sending telmetry to the radio. Just unsure if the yappu script will also read these values.
I have question all working good**** BUT*** on my telemetry page I have disarmed and red no GPS flashing and the rest GPS will not go away even know it shows I have GPS and all telemetry is working..thanks ahead ur videos helped me great job
I got a question.... You said you're using Mission Planner with the Pixhawk Flight Controller.... What Firmware from Mission Planner did you download to update the Firmware on the Pixhawk...? I have a Holybro Pixhawk 4 FMUv5 and all Mission Planner offers is "Arducopter" (autopilot)...I tried to use QGroundControl but it's got like 844 Issues according to Github and it's not worth a pound of sand...! I'd like to run Pixhawk Firmware on Pixhawk 4 Flight Controller, not Arducopter...! Thanks in Advance....! =)
Using the rfd txmod on my horus x10s and installed the txmod and yaapu to it but it keep beeping with failsafe on the rc display. Been using QGC as GCS but no failsafe coming out from it. Any idea?
I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I can’t get yaapu script to display the telemetry data. TX16S, Crossfire Micro TX Module, Crossfire Nano RX to F405 Wing FC via SBUS with mavlink rx and tx on Serial1. “Discover new sensors” in OpenTX sees the sensors from F405 and I get real-time data, just no activity in the Yaapu script.
Unfortunately this script does not work on the radiomaster T16s. I have a full version of tbs, the data goes via mavlink, but the script is silent, it only shows the coordinates.
I have this problem too. I wrote a Issue on his Github site and keep you posted. But if you let it discover Sensors under Model->Telemetry->Discover new Sensor you can display your battery voltage in a value widget. I got also the Groundspeed Altitude and the Altitude difference between the startpoint (GAlt) working this way. This way you have at least the most important things on the radio.
Hello Sir: Now i've been having a big problem, i can no longer get a GPS on the J T16 Pro, i've tried discover sensors at least 20 times after i waited on seeing it on MP that i had HDOP 0.8,gps grid cord and 14-16 sats i even tried adding a new sensor and rediscover then waited nothing happens i tried changing Pixhawks 2.4.8 tried 3 different new compass/GPS tried reinstalling yaapu scripts,sounds,widgets and nothing seems to work oh and i've changed telem ports on the pixhaws and changed serial protocol to 10 and i still get nothing and i just don't get it it worked great before so would you have any suggestions ? Hi .I'm using a tx16s and can't get the script working. Last open tx. I followed your tutorial and yaapuu installation guide without success . the happy widget doesn't appear on the widget selection screen. Maybe someone can help me.
