Professor Jim Baber has been a Christian since 1990. In 1993 he began a ministry outreach and study of Jehovah Witnesses. By 1997, his study and outreach expanded to include many other groups such as Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints, Church of Christ, Islam, Christadelphians, and Children of God. For the last 5 years, his focus has been Seventh Day Adventism. He continues his study of non-Christian religions and is active in street and on-line evangelism.
He possesses an M.A in Business and an M.A. in Humanities. His thesis topic was a historical view and analysis of English Qur’ans from 1649 to 2005. Jim has been partnering and teaching at Ministry to Muslims Network's events for the last 20 years.
He is currently an adjunct college professor of Business Administration and a University Extension instructor for Project Management.

We see apostasy in the church leaders of all denominations today, I am an Adventist, but rest assured that true adventists do not support them. “If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not take them into your house or welcome them” 2 John 1:10. Even though the Muslims need saving too, the Bible says we are not to associate with them in this fashion. Their judgement is coming.

Let me add to this, the Protestant faith as a whole has apostasy for associating with the Catholic Church in the eccumenical movement. All will be judged for this apostasy. Catholics are anti Christ as well. The teachings of Ellen g white clearly state that her writings ONLY PURPOSE IS TO POINT YOU TO the Bible. If you want to learn what an Adventist believes find an Adventist and ask him, in the same fashion how when I wanted to know what a Baptist believes I went and asked him. The churches are in apostasy. What he says about our church is happening in different ways in all churches. It’s time for people to wake up. Only base your doctrine on the Bible.

I'm not SDA, but I know this Jim guy is a paulinian. He believes the 7 to 13 books in the New Testament attributed to Paul supersedes everything else in the bible.

I am an Adventist... as the word means waiting for the Lord to come... I am a Christian... I am not a Muslim, that religion rejects Jesus as the Messiah, and the Son of God... regardless of what the leaders of the SDA church (in which I am not a member of the SDA church) teach and say about Islam, or how they have made Ellen White infallible as a human being... is not a reflection on what I believe in... I believe that Jesus is Gods only begotten Son, and through God's only begotten Son, through His blood and resurrection, I am saved... So if you don't want to regard me as your brother, thats on your head... You have taken Ellen White quotes out of context to suite your argument, you are doing the same thing the SDA church does... takes selected quotes of Ellen White to create their Fundamnetal Beliefs, to suite the modern day narrative... Jesus says we must go to every kindred tongue and nation... I don't regard a Muslim, a Talmudic Jew, or a Hindu, as my brother, but I do see it is my duty to reach out to those communities and bring the gospal to them, without having to compromise my religion while evengilising to them... I agree with you, that the SDA church General Conference has fallen, and has compromised its values, to become more of a universal church, but once again, that doesn't make any bearing on the normal Adventist, who is a Chrisrian and loves Jesus, and is trying their best to walk like Jesus... Every species of animals which God had created was preserved in the ark. The confused species which God did not create, which were the result of amalgamation, were destroyed by the flood. Since the flood, there has been amalgamation of man and beast, as may be seen in the almost endless varieties of species of animals, and in certain races of men. {Ellen White SOP Vol. 1} Okay why is this racist, is Ellen White saying that some humans today, are a hybrid of man and animal... is that what she is saying? No.... Thats not what she was meaning... like the dog, we have overbred it, with all the veriety of different breeds of dogs, we have amalgamated the species of dog, and through interbreeding, we have dilluted the species of the dog... The same has happened to mankind, with inbreeding, and incest we have amalgamated and dulluted our gene pool... This is what Ellen White was talking about here, some races of man, are a product of inbreeding and incest, and that is why we have a veriety of races in our world today... She wasn't targeting any particular race, or ethnic group, she was targeting the entire human race... besides many of the founders of the SDA church were African Americans, and Ellen White and many members of the church, were out spoken advacates against slavery in the South, they were activists against slavery... so don't put the Adventists in the same catagory as Muslims
