According to the constitution, the parliament is supposed to be independent of the executive, but here the dictator president controls the parliament. He claims there is no money in Kenya, that's why he wants to increase the taxes. Yet he goes ahead and hires government officials in positions that are not legal ..what's worse is he even hires their wives and gives them government offices and pays them millions of money monthly, with the tax payers money. He goes and borrow trillions from the Imf and world bank..then months later claims the money was stolen ..by who? as a president you ought to know who stole it .unless it's you..

Really? Politicians don't pay tax? But they must pay more tax because they have more money. In Europe according to how much money you get, you pay alot more tax. And even the prime minister must pay more tax then anyone else because he get more money even the president. But also they need to explain where those taxes will be invested on for the development of the peoples life. Maybe in building affordable accommodation for people to rent from the government or cleaner water or money for those who are on a low income or disability etc...
