Even though the Waffle Party scene is wild and iconic I can't help but wonder if those dancers are severanced themselves, and do they sleep with the winners? Is doing their little dance routine and sleeping with syrup covered people all their Innies know?

I suspect they don't actually consummate. Symbolically, the waffle party is the only chance the innies have to go home at night, to have any sexual release, to have a meal that isn't lunch (if they eat anything besides snacks on the severed floor - we only see the vending machine). But it's all half measures, tied into the company's warped mentality & ideas - the tempers, kier, etc. So it makes sense the sexual experience would be a half-measure too. But I do imagine they're severed. The only non-severed we see interacting with severed are those who are 100% into kier's thing, like Ms. Cobel, who was apparently raised from childhood in a Kier orphanage & school.
