I made these for my husband’s birthday. He is a car guy! At 53 they are the first coveralls/ overalls to fit his 50” chest/ 6’4” large frame…. He was really pleased with them. Tutorial a life saver… didn’t understand some little details on the printed pattern. Other than Curtains they are defo the largest item I have ever made!

This is an amazing tutorial and I agree with the others- way more helpful than the paper explanations. You're a great teacher and I wish this existed for every pattern out there. Mimi's patterns are always so easy to follow and make amazing garments. Keep these coming!

I love that there are more male home sewers who offer different perspectives. Honestly when I first saw this I thought why would guys want prison wear lol (ignorant I know) but my son explained that its a take on shopwear which a lot of men do like car, wood or metal work for example. I like that you have sew along videos, but I feel like the videos would be more robust if you actually showed you wearing the finished project. Going through all the steps, but not seeing the finished outcome is like doing a room makeover without showing the final reveal. Pretty please? :)

I was good up until the zipper portion where you were like as you can see here I under-stitched along here...after attaching one side of the zipper....I've had to seam rip twice cuz the lay is not right. Help.

Thanks for this video. Is it possible for you to do a video that deconstructs and constructs a zipper so that I can understand it better. It such a critical part of the fit but so hard to master.

I am so stuck on 41.51 part. One I have it sewn in there is a step that I have done and redone several times. Do I turn half of the panel in and then press it. Confused. 35:24

did i miss when you put the snaps on the second facing? can’t seem to find it

Hi I bought the pattern pdf. There is no square to make sure the pattern is scaled correctly when printing. Should I print it at scale 100% or should I select fit to page?

It was parts I had to figure out on my own, because this wasn’t fully explained .
