When I saw the plucking , and the dying and the cutting was like chile I’m just going get a traditional sew in besides my WHITE boyfriend loves my weaves it looks all Natural to him. Don’t need no pins to hold it down in the bedroom like wigs
I'm really sorry if this comes off as ignorant. You seem to emphasise that white guys don't care. So, I'm curious about the opposite. Do guys of colour care? It's an individual preference as well but I wonder if there is some noticeable trend.

Gabrielle de la Torre the thread she was using to sew the wefts in, it gets cut at the ends of the wefts. And you can literally just pull the tracks out.

This video is super interesting! As a wite person, I haven't ever experienced this process, though I know lots of people that have. New appreciation for the artistry, time, and itchiness that such a style takes. Honestly, I would probably crying back at the braids. She looks amazing!
I would just like to say “Ditto!” to the comment before me! I too am obsessed with ethnic hair! As a cosmetology student, at least the program I’m enrolled in, hardly even covers this type of hair. Relaxers, color and curl reformation are about the only subjects covered. There is a little information on extensions/weaves. We had two guest stylists come to show us about weaves/extensions...wow! They are so talented! One stylist graduated from the same program I’m in. I asked how she learned all the different techniques. She told me by watching RU-vid. THAT is why I love your channel! You teach healthy hair, great techniques and products! Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge and talent!Your models’s hair looks amazing! Move over Beyoncé!

As long as the braids aren’t too tight (they look fine in this video) and the hair isn’t too heavy, it shouldn’t affect her negatively at all. You can still wash your hair with them, it’s just a different technique (using applicator bottle). Sew-ins aren’t any worse than box braids or anything else. Idk what these comments are talking about lmao
