i'm choosing bundle number 1 for your basket quilt. this was fun watching the box opening...looking forward to how the quilt comes about. thanks for letting us come along with you on this. God's Blessings.
Your thread minder looks like the new quilt pattern! Such a cute pattern and beautiful fabric! Please do take us along on your sewing journey! I like watching you put your blocks together! Please use bundle 3!
The Bobbin Blooms is too cute! Looking forward to your SAL with Fat Quarter Shop! I like the Feed My Soul fabric,,,#3! Your tutorials are much appreciated😊
#3 is my favorite, but all would be beautiful. I love this FQ sampler box. I’m cutting all the fabric for the Bobbin Blooms quilt right now. So adorable!
I’d choose 1 or 2 just because you’ve had them longer. I’m trying really hard to use some of my older fabrics that I just “had” to buy at the time . This fabric addiction needs to stop . Well, not stop but slow down a lot 😂
I love Edyta's fabrics, use those 😊. Love your pressed flowers. The background is beautiful. My box will be delivered today, now I know what's in it. 😊
I really love this month’s sew sampler box. I can’t wait to see what fabric you choose for the basket quilt. I love all of your choices. I also have a fat quarter bundle of the Dwell fabric. I think that would be beautiful for the basket blocks.
Hi I’m Susie. I’m so excited to be getting my Sew Sampler Box. Thanks for the sneaky peek. I’m in Australia, so it takes quite a while to get down here. I’m like your fabric bundle 3.
Basket blocks generally end up on point or adding triangles in the corners so pick the fabric you have a large amount of co ordinating fabric for . 2 of your choices are cream background and the other looked white background so I would go with a cream based choice because you lean that way. The pressed flower quilt is turning out quite lovely you chose your fabrics well.
Love this box! Have not received mine yet…but it should arrive soon! Can’t wait to start the Pieceful Baskets quilt! Already ordered the kit but haven’t received it yet. I am going to use Nantucket Summer for the backing! I bought quite a bit of the main fabric with that in mind.
What a fantastic box!! Mine is at the post office waiting for me to pick it up, hopefully I will make it there tomorrow. I just had to watch your video, I couldn’t wait to see it. I am finishing up with the FQS yearly QAL that uses Camille Roskelley’s fabric. I believe it is the Bloom if I remember correctly, so I would probably use #2 for the new Sew Sampler quilt, but any of them would work. I will probably wait a few months to pick my fabric so I can see a few more of the patterns to get a better idea of what I want to use. I had thought I might use the recommended fabrics but I think I want a change from doing a blue quilt since I am finishing up the other blue one. There are so many pretty fabrics to chose from so we will see. I am looking forward to seeing your Pressed Flowers quilt. I am working on getting the red corner diamonds sewn on mine, but I am recovering from being sick for three weeks with Diverticulitis so not much sewing yet. Your quilting room looks so pretty. Happy quilting………………….
I hope you get to feeling better soon. Sounds like you are making good progress on the Pressed Flowers top! 🌸I still haven’t decided what fabrics to use. I’ll probably have to see what back grounds I have to go with which bundle. Thanks so much for watching 😊
Hey Jamie 👋 pressed Flower blocks are coming along beautifully. Love the background you picked ❤️ I was thinking of using Edita also for the new SAL. Still deciding. This month box was awesome 👌 ❤
Oh boy you have some beautiful fabrics to choose from I think I would use edita sitar baskets just call for that fabric type! I would use dwell and shoreline for something more modern!
It’s just basically two blocks. I did design with the measurements and colors yes. I did not use anyone else’s pattern for it. I do plan to do a tutorial soon. Thanks for watching and happy sewing 😊
Christmas in July Quilt Tutorial ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tWcPCFIomGM.html This is very similar to it. The only difference is the centers of the star blocks and the colors of course. I hope that helps. I may do another tutorial on that quilt soon. I hope this helps and thanks for watching. Happy sewing 🧵
