Hi Mimi, I simply love you 💖 for all that you've done on your sewing channel!!! Everyone that's been with you from the beginning already knows that you are the GOAT. Congrats to you.
I am a new subscriber 💜🧵💕 I do love that you show specific patterns to work with. I started sewing when I was young but never learned the proper way until the pandemic hit and I brought out my machine like 1000s of others to start making masks. I couldnt figure anything out in the beginning but after a lot of hrs watching videos, reading websites, and of course trial & error at the machine, I've gotten much better. I've only sewed 2 dresses so far, both for my niece using the Tea Party dress pattern from the Handmaidens Cottage. They came out cute but I am trying to now learn more technical skills so I bought the New Look pattern R10069. Just a plain womans dress with 3 different length options and 3 different sleeves. I am using old plain white fabric that my Gram had bought in 2002 lol it probably wont be able to be worn in real life because it will be too sheer but I consider it an important project because I have so much to learn. Thankyou for you videos. These will help me a lot when trying to understand the pattern. Anyways Happy Sewing ! 🧵💕💜
Hi Mimi, you really made that look easy. I just completed your free trial and I have learned a lot. After watching this video I am heading over to sign up for your monthly classes. Great teaching skills. Very natural. I am looking forward to learning so much from your courses. Thank you, Liz U
So happy to see you back and looking well! Missed y you ! Thank you for the tutorial on this wonderful jumpsuit. Can't wait to see what's next. stay well! ❤
Wonderful models for sewing, madam. How much I want to buy, but unfortunately we are here in Algeria, we cannot buy online. I always follow you and for the first time I send you a message. I always try to follow you in sewing a thousand thanks.
Love the new sew-along! I did wish you showed the finish product a little longer in your videos, but overall, I enjoy watching and learning from your videos.
Absolutely darling pattern and it looks so cute on you! I'm curious to know where you purchased the seersucker fabric? I also noticed that your pattern doesn't appear to be altered. Does this mean you're able to cut, in this case a 14, without any pattern changes. If so, you're a lucky lady. Thank you for your wonderful videos!
hey mimi i was hoping maybe you could show how patterns can but fitted to the body of the customers. i personally dont have a dress form so i do feel finding my size in a pattern is confusing as a beginner.
