Sorry no, I have stalled out as our local SCA group has crumbled and have no where to wear the completed out fit. It sits on my dressform waiting to be completed.

I wonder what materials would resist stretching.

Coutil has almost no stretch. But cost prohibitive.

I wonder if you could use coutil just as lining in the bodice area??

I've taken a lecture demo, they recommended linen, it's washable and molds better to the body. I think I need to take more time in the fitting and stretching phase to get the results I want. And as this is more of an underdress I think if it gets too stretched out I can take it in by adding darts or redoing the grommets. Thanks for your advise😀
