After three years I can finally share with you the Sewing of a Victorian State Tribute Gown! Using patterns by Truly Victorian for an 1878 Fantail Skirt and 1878 Polonaise, and adding all the special things that make my State of North Carolina wonderful.

Absolutely beautiful! All of it! The dogwood are starting to bloom here in Western Kentucky right now and I love to see them. And the cardinal is my favorite bird! There are several pairs frequenting my feeder right now.

I so agree with your statement that there are actually FOUR seasons! I live in south eastern Australia and love it for that exact reason. The summers are fairly short but at least I get to revel in Spring and Autumn! Your video was a beautiful tribute and I love your work.
