LOVE the sleeves! And very wise to make them detachable, makes it so much more versatile ( i did that with my weddingdress too so I still wear the top)
Hi Aldo! I just finished watching your vlog it's in my recommendation and I got curious so I watched it. While watching I heard my name and I also read your description. The feeling is so overwhelming just want to say thank you for acknowledging my name and my channel as well. Anyway the sleeves are perfect I'm so happy for you, looking forward we can do collaborations in the future. You're Amazing! #HappySewing #HateLessLoveMore
Hello Anne, I simply secured the sleeves using a few safety pins. It's better that way so the sleeves will not loose it's shape when you are not using them.
I used 1/2 yard for a pair of sleeves. The white sheet is called pellon fabric or interfacing fabric it's heavy duty and thick so it will hold the shape of the sleeves.
Thank you for this tutorial! I wanted to make sleeves for my 5-year old daughter. Do you have suggestions for how to scale down your pattern for a child's size?
