Hi Darlings! Today I would like to share with you my new pattern drafting tutorial for a Bishop sleeve. A big statement sleeve like this one is perfect for holiday season, so you can make it just in time for Christmas dinner or New Years Eve party! Hi, Julie. Thanks for the great video. Have a question: How about if the fabric is not stretch? Do we add a button, therefore adding more width to it and if so, how much width would you suggest?

I made one yestdy.material was not stretchy.so I put veery tiny buttons and loops.it looks lovely

P.S. Julie will a velvet sleeve puff out big or stay on the smaller side??

Velvet is usually very soft, so it will most likely stay on the smaller side. If you would like to do a big puffy sleeve - make sure the fabric you choose has stiffness!
