Благодаря за подробното обяснение за изработка на подвързия за книга. Много ми хареса. Благодарение на теб си разработих нови кройки, но следвам плана, който си показала.
A great tutorial, thank you so much! Flipping the cover panels over instead of just putting them on top or beneath the pink back is a great inspiration. I do not have a sewing machine and am probably doing my cover out of paper, but still I will probably apply this by giving them a small fold, instead of just gluing them flat on the top and therefor having that sharp edge.
Job well done! You did an excellent job explaining this activity. Your pace was excellent and your organization was very professional. I am looking forward to making several of these.
Would probably take ages, but I wonder if I could do this by hand-sewing as I don’t have a machine. The store bought ones aren’t my style. Would cardstock that’s not too thick work for reinforcing everything?
If your fabric is very thin, then I would interface it with some woven interfacing. There is no need to add cardstock unless you really want the structure.
Thank you! The fabric is waterproof canvas; here is the link in case you want to check it out 😉 tkaninykaroliny.pl/pl/p/TKANINA-WODOODPORNA-Wzor-indyjski-fluo/2080
As mentioned in the video, you need to draft your own pattern to ensure it is the right size for your journal. You can find the link to my blog post in the description below the video 😄
