We all make things that we’re not sure about, my advice would be to hang the top (which looks great to me) in your wardrobe and wait until you finish breast feeding, and then try it again - the girls usually “deflate” a bit!, and that might be all you need to improve the fit. Hope the camis turn out well! I could see Mia in a little cat dress? Have a super holiday

Hi Hayley, great to see you back and hope Motherhood is being kind to you 😁. Wait until your little one is walking....😉. The meeting sounded great and would have loved to have gone if I didn't have other commitments. I love your top and it's such a shame that you don't like it....give it some time and I'm sure you'll have a change of heart. You have some beautiful fabrics too and that cat fabric is so cute and pretty.... can't wait to see what you make with all of them. I was thinking that as you like Sew Over It pattern that the Anderson blouse might be a good one to try. You may have made one before but my memory is poor😉. Enjoy your sewing Hayley 😘

Try making the Mimi blouse by Tilly and the buttons with the pink wth navy stars and I hacked the Ogden cami because I so wanted to have a couple but like you I'm a bigger busted lady and my bra straps are wider than normal. Just grade out from the arm sythe? to make it wider then I measured across the top and cut the straps twice the width, then sew them the same as the spaghetti straps. I will say I left of the neck facings off because I find them restricting I also do this on the Sew over it cami top I find using bias tape for a facing suits me. I have just finished a bias cut Ogden in jersey and it fits me the best out of them all.
