SweetasSugar42 you know, iv never been catcalled in my uniform and i wore one for 13 years. I just graduated last year. Maybe it was the location, or maybe it was the uniform. That would actually be an interesting social experiment, using college students of course. Although it still shocks me that gross old men think uniforms are sexy, they really aren't, and also there fetishizing actual children.

I live in a small town and I'm nearly 18 but look much younger for my age. I've been catcalled on the street, in a cafe and have had people try looking up my skirt while going upstairs. I wear tights and the skirt isn't short (as if that matters). Hopefully I don't come off as angry at *you*, just talking about it annoys me..

SweetasSugar42 I feel so sorry for u. What's going on is discusting and utterly disturbing and I wish u the best. I'm thankful as well that my school got rid of the plaid skirts in our uniforms 6 years ago. I was just 10 years old but I remember the girls from the high school department (our school teaches from grades 1 till 12) complaining about the sexual harassment and gawking looks they were receiving (male teachers, male students and random people). Thankfully, my school allowed the ban and now girls wear uniform knee length shorts and pants. I'm in the 10th grade rn and am so grateful I wouldn't have to go through what they went through. Still, I know what it's liked to be catcalled and objectified so please don't look at this as a way of boasting. I really do wish things get better for u too

Japanese school uniforms for girls aren't really that sexy to begin with. It's just that a lot of the girls roll up their skirts at the waistband to shorten them because they think it looks cute and current. The skirts themselves are knee length if untampered with.
