Seyi, a Black bereaved mother, recently sat down with us and shared her experience of losing her daughter, IyanuOluwa, in 2021. She talks about the impact of the loss on her and her family, the cultural taboos and stigmas that she has faced and why it’s important for her and others to speak out.
