I went from Rookie to Gold 5 in less than a month using this guide. I love how straight to the point this is and it actually helped with my understanding of the game and Cammy. I'm still new and learning, but having achieved such a rank + the learning experience has been fun! I'm so thankful of this and do keep up with other characters as well!
I’ve watched a lot of Cammy guides and gameplay and holy crap this one is the one that changed everything for me! It helped me realize I need to stop mashing, pay attention to when it’s my turn and big combos aren’t necessary. It also does a great job explaining how easy it is to predict your opponent when you use common sense. THANK YOU!
I think what you are getting at, and I don't mean it as a way to talk shita bout the guide, is that this guy just legits teachs you the basics and common sense needed for street fighter as a game, rather than being about a character. Pretty sure you can take this same approach with probably all characters and do the same, just the "basic" combo would change ofc. But same approach of just playing smart, poking, being patient, etc. Literally being patient alone gets you above bronze for sure IMO, and just that alone without any combos, without even using special moves or any S1/2/3 whatever, just basic punches, throws and being patient gets you out of bronze

Despite of me spending 40 hours and I’m still failing miserably to crawl out of iron, I’m glad this works for the rest of you guys. I have to admit these tips are amazing not just for cammy but in genres as a luke main a learning a lot about awareness and other stuff great stuff man hopefully i can apply to my own gameplan
I'm currently mid plat and just came back to SF6 from launch and decided to use Cammy instead of Guile and I gotta say. Straight up the best educational run. seriously limiting yourself to all you need per tier and explaining what the thought process is by far more helpful than just mashing big punishes and being like "see how easy it is chat??" so big thank you and I look forward to a Guile edition if you decide to do it!
Damn. Great video. The first 2 players are the reason why I used to stay away from pvp for a longggg time. Imgaing first time coming to pvp, expecting facing some one at the same low level and then got beaten to the pup. Left a huge scar for me at that time, make me really think I'm not even good for lowest tier in PVP 😂😂

Thanks for the tips. If there is one thing I hate about Camm'y movement, it's her dash. That sad little hop she does has gotten me wrecked so many times lol. I miss her SF5 dash.

Seriously, i will watch this every time I am going to play SF. Slipped all the way back to diamond 1 from diamond 2, just losing and losing again. Your mantra of patience works all the time. Great guide, not just for us canmy players
After watching this guide I made gold with Cammy and Garyu with Xioayu, which isn't even the same game! (I"d love to see a guide like this for Tekken btw!)

I'd love to see a guide like this for Juri. Despite maining her since SFV, I've only gotten to gold 5 in SF6, and I struggle. I'm not even sure what my issue is unfortunately, which is why I hope for a guide like this! In the meantime, I like to practice using your reaction training method.
An eye tracker would be sick for something like this, so we can see exactly when you look in the air, or when you take a peak at health/drive bars. But either way this video was awesome!

Ok. Old guy trying to get back into street fighter, and I am going to try using this to see how high I can climb. Playing around with the dive kick combo I realized that ending it with HP in the air (or even not jumping at all and catching them with HK) does more damage than ending it with the dive kick. Is that acceptable? I didn't know if using the 4MP-HK-j.214MK was going to become important in later ranks, but it doesn't cancel.
