Looks good so far! Just some tips: 1a) when the feet hit the ground, don't add any bounce-backs. Keep it still until it's picked up again. 1b) *heel toe heel toe heel toe heel toee* 2) He steps short on the front, and his feet lag behind a bit. Try to move it foward a bit more. 3) the pelvis shouldn't only move side to side, but up and down, too. That gives the body a real-like bounce. Also give the spine just a touch of movement 4) I suggest locking the hands onto the pelvis, and just animate them to make it look bouncy. 5) Try not to make anything look straight for more than a moment (hands & legs) so it doesn't look like it pulls back. Just stare at people walking by and ignore their weird looks. Then you'll get how I know this stuff.
